Unexpected Reunion: Former DWTS Pro Makes a Surprise Appearance on Tour trucc

   

Former “Dancing With the Stars” pro Keo Motsepe made an appearance during one of the stops on the 2025 DWTS Live Tour and even got on stage with some of his old pals.

According to a video shared by ballroom star Daniella Karagach on social media, Motsepe was brought up on stage for the cowboy number.

“@keo_motsepe in the houseeeeee,” Karagach captioned the video.

Motsepe competed on nine seasons of “Dancing With the Stars.” He first joined the cast as a pro on season 19 and was partnered with Lolo Jones. Unfortunately, they were the first pair eliminated that season. Motsepe was partnered with model Charlotte McKinney on season 20, and were eliminated week two. The ballroom pro only made it to the semifinals once; on season 27 with “Harry Potter” star Evanna Lynch.

Season 29 was his last.


Fans Were Excited to See Keo Motsepe at the Show & Many Want Him Back on ‘Dancing With the Stars’

Someone shared Karagach’s video on Reddit where quite a few fans reacted, most pleasantly surprised to see Motsepe at the show.

“Well that was a pleasant surprise,” one person wrote.

“I was at this show! Most of the pros seemed genuinely surprised to see him! It was so wholesome to see them all reconnect,” another Redditor said.

“God I miss keo so much. Also it makes me happy that he’s partnered with Gleb. I always wondered what happened between them but it was sad because Keo was really close with Gleb’s girls,” a third comment read.

“Almost cried seeing this!!! Him getting to be back on stage, dancing with everyone. Stop. Please inject it in my veins. I call for Keo to come back,” a fourth Reddit user added.


Keo Motsepe Previously Expressed Disappointment Over Not Being Asked Back to ‘Dancing With the Stars’

Motsepe previously spoke out about being left out of season 30. In a September 2021 interview with Us Weekly, Motsepe admitted that he was disappointed to not get the call.

“While it’s disappointing to not be back for season 30, I’ve been honored to be on the last nine seasons of the show and look forward to returning in the future. There’s a great group this season and I wish all the dancers and the show the best of luck,” the told the outlet.

“I also have some exciting opportunities in the works, so don’t worry, you’ll be seeing me again soon enough,” he added.

Motsepe has kept up with the show, however, posting a congratulatory message following the season 33 finale.

“@dancingwiththestars season 33 winners and well deserved. Let’s goooooooooo @jennajohnson @joeygraziadei,” he captioned an Instagram post on November 26, 2024.
