Rachel “Raquel” Leviss questioned if Scandoval was “fabricated” after Tom Sandoval was offered a producer role on their hit show “Vanderpump Rules.”
“I think he was being rewarded for the Scandoval of it all,” the former Bravo star said on part two of Bethenny Frankel’s “Just B” podcast, which was released Thursday.
Leviss explained that the musician talked to her earlier this year about negotiating contracts amid the news of their bombshell affair.
“He’s not technically a producer,” she continued. “He’s been on the series from day one, Season 1.
“I don’t know if I’m even able to disclose this information, but he did tell me during negotiations for Season 11 that he was offered a producer credit for Season 11.”
Leviss, 28, revealed she is in debt and hasn’t “seen a penny” from the scandal while Sandoval, 41, “was being rewarded” for his part.
“To me, that’s kind of gross because … it makes me skeptical … was this really just something that was fabricated for this end result?” she said.

Part two of Leviss’ sit-down interview with the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum was aired hours after news broke that she will not be returning for Season 11 of the hit TV show.
“Rachel will not be returning for Season 11 of ‘Vanderpump Rules,’” an insider told Entertainment Tonight Thursday.
“There was a possibility up until recently she’d be returning for the new season but ultimately decided against it.”

Production for “VPR” started in early July when Leviss was still seeking treatment at a mental health facility in Arizona.
The source explained Leviss “is focused on her mental health journey and knew going back to the show would open her up to trauma she’s been working on healing.”
The former beauty queen’s downfall occurred after her months-long affair with Sandoval, who was in a long-term relationship with Ariana Madix, surfaced in March.

The cast of “VPR” had already wrapped for Season 10 but producers were quick to pick up their cameras to expose the drama.
Fans watched the drama unfold during a three-episode reunion in May where Leviss and Sandoval were brutalized by their co-stars as the details of their fling came to light.
Leviss’ affair, dubbed Scandoval, provided many profitable opportunities for her castmates — although she claims she never profited off the scandal.

“The network is running to the bank — like, laughing, running to the bank with this scandal — and I haven’t seen a single penny,” Leviss told Frankel, 52, in part one of her podcast episode Wednesday.
“It’s not fair,” she continued. “And I feel like a toddler saying, ‘It’s not fair!’ But it really isn’t. And I feel like I’ve been portrayed as the ultimate villain. My mistakes that I’ve made on-camera live on forever.”
But while Leviss claimed she is in “debt,” Lisa Vanderpump revealed to TMZ the Bravo star made $361,000 alone from Season 10.
