GENERAL Hospital fans beg producers to bring back fan-favorite after producer teases possible return.
Fans flooded social media asking for Jonathan Jackson's character Lucky Spencer, who was last seen on the show in 2015.
During the 51st Daytime Emmy Awards on Monday, General Hospital executive producer Frank Valentini teased that a popular male star is slated to return on the show.
However, Valentini was tight-lipped about which particular star would be making their comeback.
"A former cast member is coming back and I think the audience will go crazy... for him," Valentini said.
Following the interview, fans flooded social media demanding Jonathan Jackson's reprise of his role as Lucky Spencer.
"I would love for Lucky to return…IJS," expressed one user via X, formerly Twitter.
"Laura needs her kids, so Lucky's my best bet," pleaded another with a GIF of Spongebob begging.
A third X user said: "Lucky needs to come back so Elizabeth can leave Jason alone."
Lucky began his role on the show in 1993 and was last seen in 2015 when he reunited Jake with Liz.
