Singer Coleen Nolan was in an excited mood during Tuesday's Loose Women as she showcased her brand new tattoo on her wrist and the sentimental meaning behind it
Loose Women's Coleen Nolan has shared her new inking on air and the meaning behind it.
The 59-year-old appeared on the hit daytime show on Tuesday (June 25) alongside her fellow panellists Judi Love, Janet Street-Porter and Christine Lampard. Discussing tattoos, Coleen admitted that she was always against them, however she seems to have changed her tune since becoming older.
Sharing that tattoos need to have a special meaning for her, Coleen went on to reveal her new inking on her wrist. The cute tat consisted of a dog and a cat sitting close besides each other.
But as she unveiled to her tattoo to the studio audience and fans at home, Janet shared her confusion. She jokingly said: "I thought it was part of the male anatomy but I was looking at it upside down."
In 2021, Coleen showed off her very first tattoo on her arm. The Nolan sister left her co-stars stunned when she confessed that after a bit of arm-twisting from the children, she went and got herself a small teapot tattoo.
As she flashed the small but sweet teapot inking on her arm to the camera, she explained she's the teapot to her children's tea cups. However, Janet couldn't help but chuckle at the kids' tattoos, but she was shocked when Coleen showed off her own.
Coleen said: "They have all got it because when they look at it, because I'm a tea addict at home, so they all said, 'mum, whatever happens.'" Wrapping up her reveal, Coleen proudly stated: "I had a teapot," as she gave everyone a glimpse of the new artwork on her inner arm. Janet was left in stitches as Judi exclaimed: "Babes, that is so sweet. Honestly that's so lovely."
Coleen Nolan cheekily added: "So I am the teapot to their tea cup, and I didn't tell any of you." Janet appeared unimpressed, giving the tattoo a sceptical look, while Ruth Langsford questioned its authenticity.

Coleen proudly declared: "They all said mum, you have to have something now and I'm the teapot to their tea!" Ruth probed further: "Is that real? You're not joshing us, you've not drawn that on with makeup?"
Coleen assured her: "I swear on my life look, it's real. It took about 10 minutes." Judi praised Coleen's bond with her children, prompting Janet to ask: "What if you change your mind?"
Coleen explained the significance of the tattoo in linking her with her family, which led Janet to reveal her true feelings about it. Ruth then turned to Janet, asking: "What do you think of Coleen's teapot, has it made you think about maybe having a tattoo?"
Janet responded, clearly taken aback: "I can't, I'm speechless actually. I can't believe it."
