Gemma Collins shocked locals when she made a surprise appearance at Swansea’s annual Christmas Parade on Sunday. 

The former TOWIE star, 43, made a grand entrance as she climbed aboard a McDonald's float to mark the launch of the restaurant's Festive Menu. 

The reality star was dressed to the nines and made the most of the attention as she climbed out of a blacked out car and onto a waiting red carpet. 

Dressed in a flowing bright red ballgown with a sheer cape attached, Gemma walked the red carpet waving and smiling at fans. 

The businesswoman styled her long blonde hair in loose waves and at one point took shelter from the rain under a golden umbrella.   

The media personality marked the launch of the food giant's Christmas menu by switching on the McDonald’s McFleet Christmas lights.

Gemma was seen in the iconic McDonald’s vans serving an exclusive tasting of some of the items from the brand-new Festive menu, which included the Big Tasty, Cheese Melt Dippers and Terry’s Chocolate Orange Pie.

Gemma is no stranger to dressing up and making a statement and last month the star slipped into a racy ensemble as she got into the Halloween spirit.

Gemma wore a black lace corset with fishnet stockings as she dressed up as a sexy rabbit.

She teamed her costume with a pair of bunny ears, sheer gloves and boosted her height with some stiletto heels.

Not missing her chance to make reference to one of her own iconic one liners, Gemma captioned the update: 'WITCH….. Better have MY CANDY.'

Her post was in tribute to her famous 2012 TOWIE scene which saw her turn down her now ex James Argent when she told him, 'you ain't ever gonna get this candy.'

After discovering what he had really been saying about her, Gemma was quick to tell Arg that she was too good for him and didn't hold back when it came to flaunting her body either.

As Arg fooled around in the pool with Joey Essex and a few of the other guys following the champagne party, Gemma approached him wearing a black swimming costume and a bright pink sarong.

'Hi Arg, I just wannasay something to you,' she started with. 'You've been going around discussing what happened between us, well let me tell you something now, you don't ever disrespect a girl like that again.'

As she began to untie her sarong, Arg looked on confused as the other partygoers sat around the pool and listened carefully.

'Take a good look at this, you ain't ever gonna get this candy,' she said as her sarong fell to the floor.

'I don't get it Gemma,' was all that Arg could say. 'I don't understand.'

'I don't like the way your turned around and say "Oh she's got a pretty face but she's got no metabolism." I'm f***ing sexy James and I  know it,' she added.
