In episode 5 of Married to Medicine, season 11, Toya Bush-Harris confronted Dr. Jackie Walters over her decision to offer a blank check as an apology to Quad Webb.

Toya criticized Dr. Jackie for offering Quad a blank check to fill in with an amount reflecting her grievances. In response, Jackie defended herself, claiming that Toya had misunderstood the gesture. However, Toya firmly countered, asserting that she had interpreted it exactly as Jackie intended.

"You meant it that way, Jackie. Don't try to change that sh*t right now. She said to write in there wherever you want," Toya said.

Married to Medicine season 11 episode 5 premiered on December 22, 2024, on Bravo. Titled Blow Up on the Ranch, the episode continued the Cowboy Carter photoshoot.

In Atlanta, Cecil tried to teach his boys the way around the kitchen. Meanwhile, Eugene made cologne with his kids and Damon's kids brought him to tears.

"Empty Sorries" - Married to Medicine star Toya calls out Jackie over insincere apology

At the end of Married to Medicine season 11 episode 5, the cast met for a dinner meeting. However, before they could sit to enjoy their meal Toya gathered everyone in front of Quad to address an issue.

Toya told Quad that she wanted all of them to apologize to her, however, she wasn't getting any. She added that even the apologies she had received were "empty sorries".

The Married to Medicine star further pointed out Dr. Jackie who had offered an apology to Quad. However, Toya noted that instead of offering a genuine one, Dr. Jackie gave Quad an empty check to fill in a number for her misery.

"Jackie does need to own the fact that she's probably the only one that could have said that to Quad and got away with it," Toya said in her confessional.

Dr. Jackie chimed in to put forward her perspective. She shared that after she apologized to Quad, she gave her a blank check and asked her to write a number for anything she had done to her. Regardless, she believed that Toya had taken the gesture the wrong way.

Toya, however, firmly stood by her interpretation and clarified to Dr. Jackie that she did not misinterpret the gesture. Instead, she believed the original intent of the message was deliberate and not as benevolent as Dr. Jackie claimed.

"The people don't wanna hold Dr. Jackie accountable. I don't have a problem with it," Toya said in her confessional.

Toya further told Quad that most of the apologies that were made to her weren't sincere and were made out of fear.

Quad had enough to listen and bashed her frustration questioning how others could claim they wanted to resolve issues with her when, in her opinion, they "ganged up on" her.

"Yes. When the truth got out to the table, and I did dive in, you turned around and called me to the room to jab me some more until I blacked out, until I was hurt and had nothing inside," she continued.

The Married to Medicine star further added that she was hurt by her fellow cast members distancing from her. Toya responded to Quad and said she needed to understand that she also hurt other people.

"When people have wronged you, it's difficult for them to say so. They think that that makes them weak or as if they're bowing down. As much as these ladies can preach accountability when it's time for them to be accountable, let's see if they're going to be. Probably not," Lateasha reacted in her confessional.
