Love Island’s Dejon breaks silence on ‘Surviving Dejon’ book written by step-sister who branded him a ‘narcissist’ liennhi

LOVE Island alum, Dejon Noel-Williams, says he plans to challenge a tell all book slate for release and penned by his sister who had labelled him a "narcissist."

During his time in the villa on the ITV2 reality dating show, Dejon came under fire for his controversial behaviour and now his step-sister has added to the chorus of criticism.

His step-sister Niah, who is not biologically related to Dejon but shares a brother with him, has released a book named ‘Surviving Dejon,’ where she accused him "gaslighting" and "abusive."

But Dejon has now broken his silence the ordeal and said Niah's book was full of "untruths" and he planned to take action.

The footballer was dumped on day 56 of this year's Love Island, alongside his girlfriend, Meg Moore, whom he said knows him well despite what Niah had to say about him.

"There’s a lot of untruths and unfair stories that I am challenging at the moment, the most important thing is Meg knows who I am, my family know who I am," Dejon said during an interview on Capital X radio.

Dejo then even gave a "shoutout" to previously dumped Islanders Andrada and Billykiss, who were quick to support him once he and Meg left the villa.

"They told me, 'Dejon there's a lot of things being said about you, we know that’s not you, we know that’s not how you are as a person'," he revealed.

"So shoutout to them they didn't need to do that."

Prior to releasing her book, Niah had posted a series of scathing videos to TikTok where she tore shreds off Dejon's character.

In the six minute video, Niah claims that what viewers have seen on TV is an accurate reflection of how Dejon behaves in real life, she began: " So I've decided to speak out because I've been silent for way too long and I know that I will be receiving probably alot of backlash from my family for this.

"You guys are all clearly very traumatised from seeing Dejon on TV and seeing everything that he's doing and watching everything play out it seems as though no one is holding him accountable.

She went on to say: “Dejon is a narcissist, he's manipulative. I've been telling everyone this for the past 10 years now but no one believed me. And it's just crazy now that the whole of the UK can see what I've been trying to explain to people for so long."

Niah also revealed in a later video that four family members had messaged her asking her to take her video down.

"So, yeah, that clearly isn't a coincidence," Niah said speaking on the family messages: "At first, I did consider taking it down, but then I realised why would I take something down when I strongly believe in everything that I said."
