JOHANNES Radebe's life changed since he joined the Strictly line up as a professional dancer back in 2021.
The star is back for the next series where he will be partnered with one of the celebs. But who is he?
Who is Johannes Radebe?
Johannes Radebe was born in South Africa on April 27, 1987.
He's a two-time Professional South African Latin Champion and three-time South African Amateur Latin Champion.
He was a professional dancer on Dancing With The Stars South Africa in 2014, reaching the final.
After his success he joined the touring cast of dance show Burn the Floor.
Johannes also danced with the Afro Arimba Dance Company as well as on cruises.
He joined Strictly in 2018.
Johannes made headlines on the show the following year, after performing the first same-sex routine with fellow pro Graziano Di Prima.
The South African said the performance made him feel "accepted for who I am for the first time" and convinced him to embrace his sexuality.
Johannes was also praised for dancing in a pair of heeled black boots.
He has been cast in the 2025 production of Kinky Boots the Musical.
The show will tour the UK and Ireland from 17 January 2025.
Johannes has also appeared on Celebrity MasterChefas well as RuPaul's Drag Race.
Who has Johannes Radebe previously been partnered with on Strictly?
ohannes' 2024 Strictly partner has not yet been revealed.
However, he has been paired up with some well-known names over the years.
He had no partner in 2018, but in 2019 he was paired with Coronation Street actress Catherine Tyldesley.
The dance couple managed to reach Halloween week.
The next year saw Johannes with actress Caroline Quentin and they stayed in the competition until week five.
Johannes' Strictly partner was John Whaite in 2021.
John, took to Instagram to write a gushing tribute to his dance partner.
He wrote: "This whole strictly journey is eye-opening: learning to believe in yourself; learning to open up to and understand and trust a new partner; learning to be patient and kind with each other.
"There’s a huge thing missing from this photo - my dance partner.
"He’s the one holding us together and carrying me through this unknown territory."
John and Johannes made the final, but were defeated by Rose Ayling-Ellis and her professional partner Giovanni Pernice.
In 2022, Johannes danced with comedian and actor Ellie Taylor, but left the competition in week 10.
Johannes came back in 2023 and danced with tennis player Annabel Croft and they ended up coming fourth.
When he joined Strictly, Johannes said: "Joining Strictly Come Dancing is one of the greatest achievements of my dancing career."
He added: "It is such an honour to be chosen to be a part of an incredible cast and be part of one of the biggest shows that is celebrated worldwide."
