TINA Stinnes brutally opened old wounds with ex Casey O'Gorman in tonight's Love Island.
In a savage game, Islanders were tasked with placing sashes emblazoned with different words over their co-stars.
Series two star Tina wasted no time deciding to place the banner with "clueless" written on it over ex Casey's head.
It came after he quipped, "you can't give it to yourself."
Tina then said: "I'm going to give it to Casey because you were clueless with ow to treat me... in the past."
Looking furious, Casey said: "How was I clueless?"
A stern Tina shot back: "You just didn't wait.
"Maybe thinking that I would care if you walked off with another girl and all you had to do was stand and wait and say bye. That's clueless. But we're chilled now."
However, the drama is far from over and in a teaser look at tomorrow night's show Casey can't help but stew over the awkward exchange.
Details of their relationship came to light during a party game of Suck or Blow, where Islanders had to either perform a dare or answer a truth.
Casey was asked to explain the real reason behind their split, and tried to downplay the situation.
He said: “There was this party and she got left by herself waiting for a taxi…”

But Tina wasn't having it and hit back: “It was a little bit different to that…you grabbed a group of girls and walked off, didn’t say bye, and I just stood there.
“Like I f***ing rolled out of your bed a couple of days ago, so it was a little bit…”
Casey apologised but the awkward tension lingered.
He was left blindsided when Tina walked into the villa in Friday's episode.
Horrified, he gasped: “I’ve slept with her.”
He told Gabby Allen it was a one off if something more was going to happen it would have by now.
