Andy Cohen Calls Out Robyn Dixon for "Withholding the Truth" as RHOP Star Talks Infidelity Clause, Chris Tweet, and Double Standards, Plus Real Issue With Wendy

Andy Cohen put Robyn Dixon in the hot seat on Sunday night as he welcomed her and Eboni K. Williams to the set of his late-night talk show, Watch What Happens Live.

Days after the Real Housewives of Potomac cast member came forward, admitting her now-husband, Juan Dixon, had engaged in a relationship with another woman amid the pandemic, Andy called her out for announcing the betrayal on a paid podcast after failing to address the topic on the show.

“You withhold the truth on the reality show that you’re on but then you sell it behind a paywall,” Andy told her on the February 5 episode of WWHL.

“Well, I talked about it on the free podcast and I didn’t withhold,” Robyn replied.

According to Robyn, she only spoke out after Juan’s other woman was featured on a blog.

“This information was given like last week or the week before on a blog,” she revealed. “She was telling lies and I felt I needed to correct the lies.”

As RHOP fans may have seen, the woman provided a receipt from a hotel room that was paid for by Juan. But even so, Robyn insisted the payment was innocent.

“She lives in Canada. Canada was clearly on a strict lockdown during the pandemic, so the hotel receipt comes into play because, for whatever reason, she decided that she wanted to fly to Maryland. And she had told Juan that she was dating a Baltimore Ravens player. So she’s telling him she’s flying to Maryland and he’s like, ‘Okay whatever.’ But somewhere along the way, she gets to Maryland, she’s reaching out to him. She tells him she lost her wallet in the casino and she cannot pay for her hotel room so he feels bad for her,” Robyn shared. “Apparently she was like, really stressed out, really distraught. He goes to the hotel, puts his card down at the counter and that’s it.”

After confirming that was the only time Juan and the woman met in person, Robyn admitted the story sounded like “bullsh-t.”

“When I found out about it, it sounded like BS to me but he was very … I believe him. And also based on like, what she revealed last week, I believe him,” Robyn noted.

Still, Andy wasn’t happy that Robyn withheld the information on the show, especially considering the infidelity claims aimed at others — along with her denial of Karen Huger‘s accusations against Juan.

“How do you stay silent through the season?” he wondered.

“It was so in the back of my mind. Like, we dealt with it, we moved on from it. Like, I don’t know why I would say, ‘Hey guys, pick me. Let’s talk about my issues,'” Robyn replied.

But Andy wasn’t satisfied, saying, “The expectation is that you’re sharing everything that’s going on in your life. So that’s why. It’s not about ‘pick me,’ wait to be picked. It’s, ‘Hey, we went through something and this is what’s happening in our lives.”

“But it wasn’t an issue at that moment while we were filming,” Robyn insisted.

“But it had been an issue in your relationship,” Andy fired back. Robyn then said the issue “wasn’t relevant to where we were in that present time.”

While fans watched as Robyn considered an infidelity clause in her prenup on RHOP, she ultimately opted against it, even after Juan’s other woman came forward.

“I guess that’s just the chance you take. And at the reunion, I said, ‘That very well, that could work against me if for whatever reason years down the line, I end up doing something,’ and so it just became a little muddy and a little murky when trying to figure out what an infidelity clause looks like,” she reasoned.

Following the reveal of Juan’s other relationship, a number of Robyn’s castmates reacted, including Candiace Dillard Bassett‘s husband, Chris Bassett, who accused Gizelle Bryant and Ashley Darby of lying about him to distract from Robyn’s situation.

“I don’t know how Ashley plays into this, at all. We never discussed it so I don’t know how she plays into that. As far as Gizelle, I’m sure Gizelle will tell you, we’re really, really, really good friends. We talked about it when it happened so why would she have to bring it up while we’re filming when she and I have already talked about it?” Robyn asked.

“Well she had no problem bringing up other people’s mess on the show,” Andy noted, pointing out that Gizelle had previously spotlighted Wendy Osefo and Candiace.

“Right but what, it was, I can’t speak for her. I really can’t,” Robyn stammered.

And after Andy asked her if there was a double standard, Robyn admitted there “maybe” was one.

“But I would actually expect Candiace to do that for Wendy. Like, if the roles were reversed and if other people were in the same situation, I would expect other people to do the same things for their friends,” she added.

Andy then questioned her about the way she used Karen’s accusations against Juan to justify dragging her, despite having skeletons in her closet.

“Well we all have skeletons I believe,” Robyn explained.

“But you really laughed it off … It was like, ‘Oh my god, this could never happen. This is ridiculous,’” Andy reminded.

“No. I didn’t say that,” Robyn clapped back. “She’s telling me, ‘Robyn, Juan has a girlfriend with blonde hair that looks like me that he walks around in Georgetown with holding hands and you know about it.’ I had never in my life heard that … A blonde in Georgetown is not the same thing as a woman on the other side of Canada.”

According to Robyn, she doesn’t believe that “anyone” on RHOP brings all of their personal lives to the show.

“Has Karen brought her … whatever she has had really going on to the show? No. And I don’t expect them to tell on themselves like that when it is something that damaging,” she stated.

And when it comes to those who’ve called “bullsh-t” on Juan’s claims about the hotel receipt, Robyn said, “We’ve talked about it a lot and I believe the story he told me.”

Although many have slammed Robyn as hypocritical for her expectations of her co-stars, Robyn told Andy she does not demand transparency from her co-stars in terms of their relationships.

“If someone asked me about my relationship and said, ‘Oh I heard this rumor,’ then I would do the same. I would offer it to them,” she said. “But I don’t demand transparency on anyone’s relationship.”

At that point, Andy asked Robyn about why she didn’t explain what caused her wedding to be delayed, giving a nod to her admission that Juan’s betrayal led her to pump the breaks on their big day.

“It was a combination of things and so I can’t 100 percent say, that situation is why it didn’t happen on everyone else’s timeline,” she shared. “There were a combination of things of why it didn’t happen on everyone else’s timeline.”

As for a comment Karen made at the reunion, in which she suggested there was something else about Juan, Robyn admitted the comment may have been about the woman who recently came forward.

“Possibly, but I also have other stuff about Karen. We know we have stuff on one another,” she teased.

Also on Sunday’s WWHL, Robyn revealed her real issue with Wendy.

“So there’s a lot that you didn’t get to see as far as how I felt she treated me in season six and the season six reunion and I talked about that at season seven reunion. But I really felt like she talked down to me a lot,” Robyn told a fan. “After watching season six, I was hoping she would’ve circled back and been like, ‘You know what Robyn? I was a little hard on you. I apologize. Can we patch up the friendship?’ And that never happened. That’s what kinda permeated into season seven.”
