New Love Is Blind season eight leaks have allegedly revealed which couples get married in the upcoming finale, and without giving too much away, it basically confirmed this was the most pointless season yet.
After six long episodes in the pods and a few episodes out in the real world, we are fast approaching the Love Is Blind finale and the subsequent reunion. We already know a few juicy details about what’s to come, but now leaks from a fairly reputable podcaster have spoiled the final few episodes.
Trigger warning: There are some HUGE spoilers from this point on so proceed with caution and grab the tissues.
Podcaster Storytime with Rikki has been at the centre of all the biggest Love Is Blind scoops this season, from Lauren’s friend with benefits to the troubling allegations posed against a few of the men.
In a new TikTok posted on Monday, Rikki touched on how the last episode drop was left on a massive cliffhanger as we questioned whether Sara Carton said yes to marrying Ben Mezzenga.
According to Rikki, Sara will say no during the ceremony and refuse Ben’s offer to continue their relationship because of their differing “values.” She could have said this weeks before when most of us were already calling it out, but we move.
Next, she claimed Devin said yes to the marriage but Virginia said no! Like Rikki, I’m not massively surprised by this one because they just didn’t seem to be head over heels for one another despite claiming so.
That’s two fails and zero successes so far – on to Monica and Joey.
“Monica is actually going to say no,” Rikki said, adding that Joey also planned on saying no. “This one actually surprised me because I thought they were going to be good together even though I don’t think that it was romantic.”
That just leaves Daniel Hastings and Taylor Haag, and thankfully, they do get married!
Reacting to the sad news, one person said: “WHYYYYY can’t they just release it all at once?! wtf are they losing if they do? I don’t understand bc idc to wait for more episodes at this point.”
“Being from Minneapolis I’m so disappointed, I was hoping for so much more out of this season,” another said.
I don’t think season eight confirmed Love Is Blind, but it did confirm that love is stupid.
