TOWIE's Harry Derbridge showed off his impressive two-stone weight loss, that took him two months, with before-and-after photos.
The 30-year-old took to Instagram to share topless side-by-side shots that highlighted his dramatic transformation.
Harry showed off his weight-loss with a photo that revealed his toned physique and his new washboard abs.
He captioned the post: " 2 month gym update. ✨
"I wasn’t going to post this but you know what, it’s a little change and I’m proud of myself! I started healthy eating and going to the gym -6 days a week 2 months ago now.
"I’m almost 2 stone down, in the first picture I was 12 and a half stone… I’m now at 10 stone 7. I don’t plan on loosing anymore weight but I’m super proud of losing what I have as I deffo was bloating.
"My goal moving forward is continue to build muscle and get into the best shape I’ve ever been in, I’m eating now around 100-2000 calories a day which is mainly of chicken, steak and rice which will help now build muscle.
"I was never the sort of person to love the gym but as of recent it’s been a place to take my mind off things and zone into me and making myself feel good.
"Let’s see where the next two months take me but I already feel so much more confident in my body.
"From being a young boy with an eating disorder, to then being bloated and not confident and not feeling great… to now being the best version of myself is something I’ll be so proud of.
"Whilst I adjust to a new life on my own, I will make sure that I put 110% into me. I’m excited for this new chapter of who I’m going to become."

Harry shared his struggles with his relationship with food back in 2020 after facing harsh criticism from cruel trolls about his weight gain.
The make-up artist took to X, formerly known as Twitter, and wrote: "Honestly... I won’t say this again, I haven’t had any filler or Botox in my face, the only thing I have had done is a tiny bit of lip filler...
"So can we all stop comparing 16 year old harry to 26 year old harry. It actually makes me laugh...
"And to them saying I’ve piled on the pounds, the answer is... yes I have.
"I went through a terrible eating disorder and I have worked so hard on myself to over come it over the years, and honestly... I think I look better then ever."
Harry recently had a major fallout with his ex, Joe Blackman, after discovering text messages between Joe and former friend Junaid Ahmed on Towie.
The pair went head to head in a heated row where Joe vented that everyone was "making him feel like he's done something wrong".
Joe said to Harry: "I came to sit at that table, and every person there tried to make me feel sh*t about it, like I've done something wrong."
Harry quickly reassured him: "You've done nothing wrong."
A frustrated Joe fired back: "So don't make me feel like I've done something wrong Harry. Because everybody's making me feel like sh*t."
Harry responded: "I'm not making you feel like you've done something wrong. When did I make you feel like that? I'm just in shock."
Joe, still upset, replied: "Over there, everyone's just tried to embarrass me at that table."
Harry interjected: "No one's embarrassing you."
To which Joe insisted: "Yeah, they have."
Harry concluded: "The whole situation’s embarrassing, Joe."
