The TV personality, 24, was joined by Lauren Goodger, 38, on set at Holmewood Hall in Peterborough, who also dressed to impress in a plunging dress.
Ella went braless in a sheer lace bodysuit that featured a wrap-around mini skirt and flared built-in leggings.

But it has been reported the pair have been 'faking their romance on TV' and secretly split a while ago.
Now Ella has allegedly grown closer and moved on to a millionaire's son, 21-year-old Teddy Brunt.
A source told The Sun: 'She might be dating Dan on-screen but off-screen Ella has moved and she’s secretly dating a very rich 21-year-old called Teddy Brunt.
She has been in Dubai with him - she’s staying in his apartment out there.
'He is only 21 but runs his own business and is well known in the Essex circles - and his dad’s a millionaire.'

Dan said: 'Do you know what's mad about it?
'She's someone who I, well you know full well, wouldn't even have thought I'd never talk to again in my life to someone who I hold highly in my head.
'Do you know what I mean, as a person, I like her a lot but there is other stuff that needs to be spoke about, and I feel like before everyone gets carried away with it and before either of us get carried away, we need to have an honest chat about how we both feel.'
The Sun recently confirmed Dan and Ella had gone their separate ways while he takes part in Dancing On Ice.
An insider told the publication: 'Dan is set to focus on Dancing On Ice, whilst Ella has jetted off to Dubai for a month before filming starts for the Towie Christmas special.
'There isn’t any bad blood between the pair and it was fun while it lasted, but a long term relationship was sadly not on the cards.'
