TOWIE legend Dan Edgar has signed up to Dancing On Ice.
The reality TV star, 34, joins Ferne McCann and Mollie Pearce in the line-up for the new series of ITV's ice skating show.
Insiders said Dan had meetings with ITV this week about taking part in next year's series.
A source said: “Dan has agreed to appear on Dancing On Ice.
“He had meetings with ITV this week and is excited to start his training.
“Dan is best known for reality TV but he’s never done anything outside of Towie so he is excited about trying something new.”
An ITV spokesperson said: “The line up for Dancing on Ice 2025 will be announced in due course.”
The Sun previously revealed how former Towie stalwart Ferne had signed up last month.
Hollyoaks actress Chelsee Healey will also be a contestant, alongside Traitors star Mollie.
The next series of Dancing On Ice, hosted by Holly Willoughby and Stephen Mulhern, will air in the New Year.
Dan has been at the centre of a cheating scandal on the last series of Towie.
He started dating his co-star Ella-Rae Wise following the cast’s trip to Bali back in March.
But the pair split shortly afterwards, with Ella confronting Dan about cheating on her with Hannah Rally while she was in Dubai.
Dan’s co-stars Roman Hackett, James 'Diags' Bennewith and Livvy Jay went on to admit they knew about his infidelities before Ella.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun in July, Ella said their budding relationship was poisoned by all the background noise.
She said: “When we got home from Bali and when we’d finished filming, I’d still see him and we were pretty close.”
"But it did get to the part where communication was lost massively and we were playing things down so much and not actually being 100 per cent truthful with our feelings.”
