Thomas Ravenel is dragging his former friend and “Southern Charm” costar Patricia Altschul into his custody battle with Kathryn Dennis.

Altschul asked a South Carolina judge to stop Ravenel from deposing her, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.

The socialite, 77, mended her relationship with Dennis, 26, after a season-long rift, but believes that she is only “involved” in this matter because of her role on the Bravo show. She stated that she does not want to be a part of this case for either side.

Page Six previously reported that Dennis filed for full custody of her children Kensie, 4, and Saint, 3, with Ravenel, 56, after two women came forward with sexual harassment allegations against him. In turn, Ravenel filed a lawsuit against Bravo and “Southern Charm” producers to stop them from broadcasting unaired footage of him and of his costars discussing him on the show.

Bravo slammed Ravenel, saying that he is trying to unlawfully stop them from exercising their first amendment rights.

For her part, Dennis asked the court to keep their battle private.

The case is still ongoing.
