Prepare the mojitos, because a new season of The Real Housewives of Miami is coming soon.
After The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills concluded its three-part reunion special in April 2025, Bravo teased that another major city is ready to take over sooner rather than later.
“🦩🦩🦩 #RHOM,” Bravo cryptically wrote via Instagram as several cast members for season 7 were spotted dancing to a Miami beat.
Fans last watched Alexia Nepola, Larsa Pippen, Lisa Hochstein, Guerdy Abraira, Julia Lemigova, Adriana de Moura, Marysol Patton, Dr. Nicole Martin and Kiki Barth film together in March 2024, when the season 6 reunion aired.
After more than a year of waiting, viewers are eager to find out whether Miami is still on fire.
“Miami is in the middle of shooting an absolute blow-away season,” Andy Cohen told Deadline in November 2024. “We’re coming off of one of the most popular seasons of Orange County that we’ve ever had, so things are really good in Housewives world.”

Which ‘RHOM’ Cast Members Are Returning for Season 7?
During Bravo Fan Fest in November 2024, the cable network confirmed that Alexia, Larsa, Lisa, Guerdy and Julia have all been filming alongside “friends” Marysol, Adriana and Kiki.
In addition, Bravo announced that Stephanie Shojaee would be joining the cast for season 7.
“I’ve always been a trailblazer in everything that I do,” she told The Daily Dish. “All my decisions and all of my choices are always surprising everybody. I think the timing feels right and here I am. And what better way to show who I really am than to do it on The Real Housewives of Miami?”
Will Dr. Nicole Martin Return to ‘RHOM’ for Season 7?
In September 2024, Dr. Nicole announced she would be stepping away from the Bravo show to prioritize her health and family after suffering from postpartum anxiety.
“It’s a step towards healing and finding balance, and I hope you can understand and support this choice,” she wrote to her fans via Instagram. “Thank you for being a part of this journey with me and for creating a space where I feel comfortable sharing these parts of my life.”
Adriana said she missed filming with her close friend in season 7 but supports her decision to step away.
“She was somebody I really liked, related to, could talk to, rationalized with,” she exclusively told Us in March 2025. “I feel like she got me, and I got her, and I really enjoyed her presence on the show.”
What Is the Status of Alexia Nepola and Todd Nepola’s Relationship?
In March 2025, Us exclusively confirmed that Alexia and Todd were officially divorced after reaching a marital settlement agreement.
At the same time, a source told Us that while the duo are no longer husband and wife, “they are still together” and considered boyfriend and girlfriend.
“They’re very amicable and they’re still romantically involved,” the insider shared. “They’ve been seen out together and were just traveling together. They are figuring it out as they go along.”
Expect the highs and lows of their relationship to be documented for season 7.
What Has the Cast Said About ‘RHOM’ Season 7?
Although many story lines have remained top secret during filming, Adriana promised fans they won’t be disappointed with what’s to come.
“This season has a lot of twists and turns, a lot of unexpected things that even myself wasn’t expecting,” she teased to Us in March 2025. “On a personal level, there is some conflict with friends that I thought I was friends with, maybe not so much friends … the typical cattiness of Housewives.”
When Does ‘RHOM’ Season 7 Premiere?
Bravo has yet to announce a premiere date for season 7. Fans, however, can catch up by steaming old episodes on Peacock.
