Tasha Ghouri has told find how she can feel like she's 'not doing enough' as she spoke about feeling exhaustion she can feel at the end of each day.

The reality star recently shared her nerves about the release of her next book, Your Superpower, which she hopes will instil "confidence" in others who may have a disability.

Tasha, who was born deaf and relies on a cochlear implant to hear, previously said of the book: "It’s a long process, but it's really about having people out there, in other people to help them find their self confidence with their disability.

"So the book is really about, showing my experiences, to help others out there, and that's what I really want to do. So it's a really real - it cuts to the chase and no beating around the bush."

But as she prepared for the release on Thursday (April 24), Tasha took to Instagram the evening before with a candid account of how she was feeling as she took time to slow down before her busy launch day.

The Strictly Come Dancing star wrote alongside two selfies in which she appeared makeup-free with her hair tied up into a messy bun: "Hey everyone a lil bit of reality away from my glam self at the moment!

"Right now as I’m typing this my cochlear implant is out and I’m enjoying the pure silence. the lip reading, the concentration of listening to people’s voices, I’m exhausted by the end of the day.

"I’ve learned that’s also okay, it’s okay to feel down and have times like this to yourself to recharge, but sometimes I feel guilty for feeling exhausted, I can’t explain it? It’s like sometimes I feel like I’m not doing enough?

"Sometimes I forget I’m only just a 26 year old girl trying to figure out her life along the way! Sometimes we put so much pressure on ourselves to be perfect all the time; when there’s no such thing as perfect. Even to this day I’m always comparing myself to others (sometimes I need to take my own advice!)"

She added: "To anyone out there figuring it all out, you’ve got this and you’re enough. I just wanted to share some reality because it may look like I’ve always got myself together 24/7 but that’s not always the case, life is full of ups and downs with many obstacles thrown your way.

"I always say they come your way for you to overcome them, which makes you stronger and more resilient. It’s about how you bounce back that counts. We need to be kinder to one another and to ourselves! Love T."

And the messages of support quickly came flooding in. Strictly co-star Dr Punam Krishan posted: "I love you, you’ve got this, you’re amazing and I’m proud of you for speaking your truth always. I’m pleased you’re taking some time out for yourself. Always here, sending big hugs to you."
