The 56-year-old media personality originally listed his sprawling West Village co-op for $14 million in September 2024 with celebrity real estate agent Ryan Serhant from the Netflix series Owning Manhattan. Serhant got his start on Bravo alongside Cohen as he was an agent for years on Million Dollar Listing. After no luck, Cohen has lowered the price to $12 million, according to the Streeteasy listing.
The Watch What Happens Live! host's opulent 2-story apartment is in a pre-war building and is 3,500 square feet. It includes four bedrooms, four and a half baths, and a whopping 25 windows.
