RHOM’s Lenny Hochstein Claims Lisa Demanded 'Excessive' Support, Alleges She Traded Designer Bags for Cash Amid Custody Battle tram

Lenny Hochstein claims estranged wife Lisa Hochstein is requesting an “excessive” amount of temporary support money amid their tumultuous divorce.

Just days after the 56-year-old plastic surgeon, who was caught with girlfriend Katharina Mazepa last May (weeks before filing for divorce), accused the Real Housewives of Miami cast member of hard partying and “abuse,” he’s taken further aim at the mother of his two kids by highlighting what he says are outrageous requests.

In court documents obtained by Page Six on January 12, Lenny explains that his and Lisa’s ongoing divorce has featured litigation over Lisa’s “monotonous and repetitive requests” for “excessive temporary support,” despite the fact that he claims he “supports the family.”

Lenny also noted that Lisa has continued to live in their $52 million Star Island mansion in the months since their breakup and “drives luxury vehicles including a Range Rover and a Rolls-Royce,” which has resulted in him having to spend $455,000 on household expenses for her and their kids, Logan, 7, and daughter Elle, 3.

In addition to her “excessive” demands, Lisa is fighting her and Lenny’s prenup, which required her to leave the marital home within 30 days of Lenny’s divorce filing. She has also accused Lenny of cutting off a credit card she used to buy diapers and food for their children.

“If [Lisa] was truly in need of diapers and food for Minor Children, [Lisa] should have purchased the same with the Insta-Cart app tied to [my] bank account,” he wrote in court documents, adding that Lisa makes $30,000 per episode on RHOM.

Although Lenny claims Lisa has the resources she needs to sustain her lifestyle, not only due to her Peacock salary but also the money he’s given her, he said she spent $9,000 on designer items in just one week, which is what prompted him to put a limit on her spending and force her to return the luxury bags in exchange for cash she could use for their children.

Following the sharing of Lenny’s latest court documents, Lisa surfaced in the comments section of an Instagram post shared by the Real Housewives Zone, denying that she charged an exuberant amount to his card for a birthday dinner with friends.

“Wrong. Lenny promised he would take care of my birthday dinner while he was on vacation with his mistress at the time,” she stated. “He decided to cancel the card out of spite so I ended up paying for the dinner myself that weekend. It wasn’t close to $20,000 closer to 6K. They also thought it was cute to serve me with a temporary restraining order in which the judge ruled in my favor and dismissed also on my birthday.”

Then, in a second comment, Lisa refuted the idea of not being able to buy diapers.

“It’s not about my ability to buy some diapers. It’s the fact that he canceled the card that’s used for anything related to children,” she revealed. “That’s the point that was being made. But of course the headlines were misleading.”
