RHOM: Judge Issues Warning to Alexia Nepola’s Estranged Husband Todd Nepola Over Divorce as Details Are Revealed

The news recently came out that cameras were rolling on season 7 of The Real Housewives of Miami and that one cast member may be absent. Of course, it seems Alexia Nepola will be back for another round of drama.

According to a new report, her estranged husband, Todd Nepola, has been told by the judge that he needs to progress the divorce he filed or risk having it thrown out.

Fans of RHOM will recall that Todd filed for divorce from Alexia back in April of this year. As with many divorce filings, he said their marriage was “irretrievably broken.” This came after the couple denied having money issues. The pair had been married since 2021.

Now, according to In Touch Weekly, there hasn’t been enough forward momentum in the divorce between Alexia and Todd. This has led the judge to warn Todd that if there isn’t any progress within 30 days, the divorce filing will be tossed out.

The Florida judge said, “Review of the docket display and court file indicates that there appears to have been no action by any party to the cause nor have any pleading or orders of the court been filed in said cause for a sufficient period to indicate that the parties are desirous of further prosecuting this cause.”

The order from the court continues, “[Todd] must perform some affirmative action (e.g. notice the case for trial or other pleading) within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. If [Todd] fails to comply with this paragraph, this cause may be dismissed for lack of prosecution.”

At the time of filing, Todd requested that the couple’s prenuptial agreement, dated December 10, 2021, be honored.

As for Alexia’s part, she has admitted to feeling “lost” because of the divorce filing and has said she and Todd still have feelings for each other despite him wanting out of the marriage.
