When I learned that Dr. Nicole Martin wasn’t returning for Season 7 of The Real Housewives of Miami, I was sad. She was one of my favorite housewives in that franchise. I admired how she could get under Marysol Patton’s skin by just walking into the room. However, while Nicole may have left RHOM, she can’t quit the drama with Marysol.
Dr. Nicole Martin fired back at Marysol Patton’s shade
As you may recall, Nicole’s Mother’s Day brunch ignited an uproar with Marysol and Alexia Nepola. Nicole told Adriana de Moura that she could bring Ana Quincoces to the party, unaware of the long-standing feud between Ana, Marysol, and Alexia. Of course, Nicole was blamed for the incident.
Then on March 28, 2024, Nicole and her fiancé, Anthony Lopez, welcomed their daughter Genevieve Nicole. She joined her big brother, Greyson. However, Nicole revealed that she was stepping away from RHOM after Genevieve’s birth.
“After this pregnancy, I started to suffer from significant postpartum anxiety – something new that I did not experience with my previous pregnancy,” Nicole stated. “Prioritizing my health and my family is something I need to do at this moment.”
Meanwhile, Marysol was a guest at Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge’s event, called TWOTSCon. In a video clip that Nicole shared via Instagram, Teddi mentioned that she would miss Nicole on RHOM. “You know what? Nobody misses her,” Marysol stated. “Her name hasn’t come up once. We only have five weeks of filming left. It’s like she was never there.” WOW.
Over the Marysol clip, Nicole posted the words “social media vs. … ” Then she posted a video of her partying with Guerdy Abraira, Kiki Barth, and Lisa Hochstein. She wrote the word, “Reality” over the clip of the group having fun. Nicole captioned the video, “Real friends, not a friend of.” Of course, that was a swipe at Marysol’s friend of the Housewives’ show status.
In the comments, Adriana wrote, “Missing you every day!” with a heart-eyed emoji. “My GIRLLLLLLL!!!! So much fun last night,” Guerdy chimed in. Next, Lisa commented, “So much fun last night great seeing you all!”
In this case, it seems like Nicole had the last laugh.
