When Quad Webb introduced her boyfriend to the world on Married to Medicine, she left us with a ton of questions. First of all, how in the world did she go an entire year with this man without any of her castmates knowing? That relationship was under lock and key!

Then, her new man casually gifted her a Rolls-Royce, as if that’s a completely normal gift for a relationship of a year. It’s all a bit odd, but Miss Quad is adamant that their romance is the real deal.

In a new interview with Bravo, she shut down the naysayers and fantasized about their future.

Has Quad found her happily ever after with King?

Quad introduced King to the world (and her friend group) at her burlesque birthday party in Season 11, Episode 2. Her friends seemed impressed by what they saw, but all of us watching from home? We weren’t fully buying it.

In an interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Quad explained that the two were introduced by a mutual friend. After a few dates in 2023, she claims they’ve been inseparable. Therefore, she’s not thrilled about the rumors floating around that this is a fake relationship for the show. She says it’s the real deal.

“My man is my man and it is a real relationship, okay?” Quad said. “I think it’s so crazy for people to say, ‘Oh, well that’s a rent-a-man,’ and ‘that’s not her real man’ and ‘he’s just for the show.’ I’m like, ‘That’s ridiculous.'”

On the show, Quad boasted about how successful her man was. He runs ATL Exotic & Luxury cars, hence how he was able to “gift” Quad that Rolls-Royce. Still, Quad joked that if she were to rent a man, she would have aimed for higher status.

She teased, “Interestingly enough, if I was just doing something for the show and I was renting a man, wouldn’t I go for, like, a brain surgeon?”

While M2M fans theorize about the seriousness of Quad’s relationship, she and King are going full speed ahead. Quad said she’s not really worried about getting the perfect engagement ring. Instead, she’s just ready to start a family.

“I had some fibroids removed back in April [and my] cervix looks great, so what I would like to do is just see if we can do this naturally for a portion of time,” Quad explained. “But I’m thinking maybe around the top of the year, if it hadn’t happened at that point, then we’re gonna move forward with IVF.”
