BBC Morning Live's Gethin Jones was forced to step in after a Strictly Come Dancing interview was derailed by a major technical blunder.
The TV personality and co-host Michelle Ackerley were interviewing Strictly's Jamie Borthwick, 30, and his professional dance partner Michelle Tsiakkas on Wednesday.
But as they started the chat to discuss Saturday night's performance, the show was thrown into chaos by technical issues.
After introducing the couple on to the show, the video link appeared to have failed as the twinkle-toed stars battled WiFi issues.
Trying to secure the interview for eager BBC viewers, Gethin quizzed: 'Are you there?'

The TV personality and co-host Michelle Ackerley were interviewing Strictly's Jamie Borthwick, 30, and his professional dance partner Michelle Tsiakkas on Wednesday
But the pair did not appear, which prompted Gethin to step in and explain: 'They've been running around rehearsal rooms all morning and now they are trying to find WiFi to speak to us.'
In his usual professional manner he managed to improvise with minimal disruption.
Fortunately soap star Jamie and his dancing partner resolved their WiFi issues and manged to connect to the studio.
Unfortunately they suffered yet another signal issue towards the end of the chat and their interview was cut short.
Michelle turned to the frozen screen and gasped: 'Oh no!' while Gethin chimed in: 'Oh. While we try to get them back, have a look at some behind the scenes clips.'
Signing off, when asked how he was coping with the pressures of the show, Jamie said: 'No because I’m remembering all my friends who have done it before and watching it as a viewer. I think for however long I’m going to be here I know I’ll just keep the mentality I’ve had from the start.'
He continued: 'I’m here to enjoy myself, I have a fantastic partner and we laugh everyday. The people on this show are fantastic and I’m trying 100%.
'The whole competition is 13 weeks and I could dance for 13 years and I've never been good at these so I’m trying and enjoying myself.'
His appearance on the show comes after he revealed he won't be going on a booze and sex ban during his stint on the new series of Strictly.
The soap star is competing on the BBC show's 20th series and has admitted there's no need to cut out alcohol and sex and stick to a healthy regime.
'No booze ban for me. I've never drunk ever in my life and no one loves me, so I can't do a sex ban! No bans for me, just loads of food,' he told MailOnline ahead of this weekend's launch show.
Earlier this month, Jamie broke his silence on the Strictly Come Dancing curse after his chemistry with pro partner Michelle sparked speculation.
For years, the BBC show has sparked many an off-screen romance between celebrities and their professional partners, with some even leaving their spouses to pursue these relationships - prompting the name the 'Strictly curse'.

But the EastEnders actor laughed off the hearsay, admitting the pair are 'more like siblings'.
Speaking to The Sun, Jamie said: 'Honestly, it’s hilarious that people think we’re getting jiggy!
'I really don’t know where that comes from, but I think everyone kind of just pre-empts the Strictly curse.'
The actor continued: 'You definitely ain’t got no worries about Michelle - she’s like a sister, mum and auntie all rolled into one. I’m being mothered! We’ve got sibling chemistry.'
Shortly before appearing on the show, Jamie sparked romance rumours with his EastEnders co-star Jazzy Phoenix.
Meanwhile, Michelle is in a relationship with her boyfriend Simone Arena, who is a Dancing With The Stars champion.
