Love Island star Joey Essex was 'secretly rushed to medics with a nasty injury' caused by his ex Grace Jackson.
The former TOWIE star, 33, had to go and see the medics during the recent game of Snog, Marry Pie - but ITV producers cut the scenes.
Joey's ex Grace, who is currently coupled up with Reuben Collins, enjoyed throwing a custard pie into his face after he turned his attention to new partner Jessy Potts.
But former islander Lolly Hart, 30, has revealed she hit him so hard that he had to go and get checked out by the health care team afterwards.
She told The Sun: 'The only thing I did see was when Grace pied Joey, he had to go and see the medic because his neck went.
'But it was fine, he was absolutely fine.'

The pair have been on tense ground in recent days after Joey accused her of still liking him - prompting a furious response from Grace.
But she was quick to take her revenge after him winding her up for days as she picked to pie him in the game.
She appeared to put her full force behind the throw and really went for it leaving the other Islanders in shock.
As she threw the cream-covered pie at him she said: 'I'll do this respectfully - or not so respectfully!'
Joey looked taken aback by the cream pie after also being picked by Jessica, Matilda and Nicole after his recent antics.
