The 32-year-old coupled up with dancer Curtis Pritchard on the fifth series of Love Island, and quickly became one of the most popular couple's on the show before Curtis' "head turned" during Casa Amor.

Curtis revealed to Amy that he wanted to explore other options in the villa as he had taken interest in newcomer Jourdan Riane.

During their discussion, Amy opened up to Curtis and shared: "If someone likes you, they want to have a cuddle in bed with you in the morning".

This led to Curtis' viral response: "I know and I also want to be the person that gets up and makes everyone a coffee so everyone's ready for the morning."

Ahead of this time on this year's Love Island All Stars, the star has since admitted that this "follows him everywhere", but admitted that Amy has taught him a lesson for future romances.

Since leaving the ITV show, Amy found love again with her now-husband Sam who she shares a child with. The pair tied the knot last September in Málaga for a musical themed wedding ceremony.

During Monday's (June 16) installment of Loose Women, former Love Island star Olivia Attwood was on the panel with Ruth Langsford, Nadia Sawalha and Kelly Brook.

Amy Hart joined them in the studio as Love Island celebrates its 10 year anniversary. Talking about her experience, Amy shared: "I knew I wasn't going to meet anyone else. I was in one of my daily sessions with the psych, it was amazing, she changed my life.

"I said to her, 'Curtis is going to meet someone else', and she said 'when you meet someone else' and I was like 'I'm not going to now, we're three weeks before the end'. She sort of left the pause for me to go, 'Oh! If I'm not going to meet anybody else, I should just go home'."

Adding that it was the right decision to leave, Amy continued: "I was bringing the mood down for everyone, they were all trying to find love... All I was doing was not having a very nice time, so I got to go home and have fun with my friends and family."

After her experience on Love Island, Amy attended therapy, where she reflected: "I did a lot of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)... With CBT, you have your core beliefs which aren't true. My core beliefs were I'm unlikeable, I'm ugly, I'm not good enough and I'm annoying.

"So then in Love Island it was 'I don't want to be with you anymore', I was like 'I'm really annoying and nobody likes me'. So, working and breaking those down and saying, 'I am likeable, I am a nice person and I am a good person' changed my life."

Speaking about her Love Island experience, she admitted she is still a huge fan of the show and co-hosts the Love Island podcast. She added: "It was so transformative for me... Some people have a summer of fun and some people have this massive life-changing experience."
