FORMER Love Is Blind contestant Renee Poche has filed a lawsuit against Netflix, accusing producers on the show of knowingly pairing her with a mentally unstable match, according to court docs.

In the Netflix series, contestants go into separate pods to meet their dates.

The pairs begin to flirt and chat through speakers but are unable to see the other person.

In order to meet the other person face-to-face, the contestants must first get engaged and then are treated to a vacation at a Mexican resort before being sent to their hometowns to plan their wedding.

However, Poche claims her predetermined match was mentally and emotionally unstable - concerns producers should've known after she underwent rigorous background checks and psychological examinations, the lawsuit obtained by The U.S. Sun reads.

Poche said she and Wall initially hit it off but found out he was lying and had troubling personal issues, according to the lawsuit.

She claims to have discovered that Wall was unemployed, addicted to drugs and alcohol, estranged from his family, homeless, and violent.

Poche said that contestants like herself must undergo an extensive background check before being featured on the show, which is when producers should have learned about Wall's issues.

Poche accused Wall of being emotionally abusive on and off camera, heavily using drugs and alcohol, and physically threatening a camera operator while in Mexico.

She was terrified to spend time with him but alleges that producers forced her to film scenes with Wall for long periods and that she was even left alone with him at times, the lawsuit details.

Poche accuses producers of threatening her with legal action if she did not proceed with the engagement.

And, once they returned to Wall's hometown in Texas, producers warned her not to allow him to have access to firearms or weapons because they feared her would hurt Poche or himself.

At the end of the show, Poche claims she was informed that her relationship with Wall was not going to make the cut, alleging that Carter threatened to commit suicide if the footage aired.

She has since ended all ties with Wall and has been outspoken about her time on the show.

Poche spilled the beans on her time on the show and with Wall during an appearance on the Out of the Pods podcast in October.

After appearing on the podcast, production company Delirium TV filed a lawsuit against Poche for $4 million after allegedly violating her nondisclosure agreement.

However, Poche claims she was only paid $8,000 for her appearance on the show and is asking the court to invalidate the NDA.

Netflix and Delirium have not responded to the recent filing.
