More wedding bells will be ringing for the Love Is Blind family!

During the season 8 reunion on Sunday, March 9, season 6 star Amber Desiree "AD" Smith and Ollie Sutherland, who appeared on season 1 of Love Is Blind: UK, revealed they are engaged.

The couple first met while filming season 3 of Perfect Match, which is set to premiere in summer 2025. Once filming wrapped, they fueled romance rumors after being spotted at an intimate dinner together in Mexico. However, the pair never publicly confirmed their romance — that is until the March 9 reunion.

After coming out on the reunion stage, the two spoke about their lives lately, which included AD's new podcast What's the Reality? and their appearance on Perfect Match. Then, they introduced a promo for the upcoming season of the Netflix hit before the video showed Ollie leading AD to another section of the beach and surprising her with the romantic proposal.

"You're my best friend, you're the love of my life. I've never felt as happy as I have since I've met you," he said as he got down on one knee. "Nothing would make me happier than spending the rest of my life loving you."

He then popped the question as AD squealed and said "yes" before sharing a kiss with her new fiancé.

Back at the reunion, AD said she was "so surprised" by the proposal, which Ollie admitted he had been planning "for months."

The two also credited their time on Love Is Blind for helping them build a strong foundation in their relationship. Ollie said they realized they had "shared values and similar outlooks on life," while AD pointed out that they had "super intentional conversations" while dating.

AD first gained popularity when she appeared on season 6 of Love Is Blind. Although she left the pods engaged to Clay Gravesande, the pair ended up breaking up after he said “I don’t” at the altar.

The moment seemed to shock everybody, including AD, who explained at the season 6 reunion in March 2024 that she wouldn’t have changed a thing despite being left heartbroken. "I don't regret saying yes to him,” she said. “My love is blind. There's nothing that he could've shown me, told me, that would've changed my answer."

When asked whether there was a possibility she would give Clay another chance, AD quickly shut it down.

"You had your chance, there's nothing that I wouldn't have given you, there's nothing I wouldn't have done for you,” she told Clay. “And low key, respectfully, you played in my f------ face... because you knew that you didn't want to get married."

Meanwhile, Ollie rose to fame on Love Is Blind: UK, where he developed a connection with Demi Brown. The two got engaged but faced their fair share of roadblocks on their journey to the altar.

As the wedding day approached, doubts crept in, and when it came time to exchange vows, Demi ultimately said, “I do not.”

Despite the heartbreak, both expressed gratitude for their journey together, with Ollie remaining hopeful about their future, saying, “This is not the end of Demi and Ollie, not by a long shot.” However, during the reunion, Demi and Ollie confirmed they were broken up for good.

He later moved on with fellow Love Is Blind: UK star Sharlotte Ritchie, but they also ended things a little while after.

Seasons 1-8 of Love Is Blind and season 1 of Love Is Blind: UK can both be streamed in full on Netflix.
