Loose Women viewers were left shocked when two panelists squatted over mirrors to demonstrate vulva inspections for Wednesday's doctors special.
The latest episode of the ITV show saw Dr Amir Khan, Dr Zoe Williams, Dr Hilary Jones and Dr Nighat Arif talk to the panel to chat about lots of medical topics.
The doctors discussed some taboo subjects, including women having problems with their vulva, which the NHS describes as 'the external visible part of the female genitalia'.
Dr Amir said: 'So our message today is get to know your vulva.
'Get to know what is normal for you, what is abnormal. Check your boobs once a month - which you should be doing.
'Check your vulva as well. So lots of people may not know how... Nighat you're going to talk us through it.'

Dr Nighat explained: 'Amir is going to sow somebody that has got probably not that great dexterity, Zoe is going to have better dexterity and better flexibility.
'What you need to do is sit on the side of a bath tub, the end of a chair, anywhere basically where you've got a bit of a ledge and you can use the mirror between your legs and you want to get it in between your legs...'
Although it is very important to self-check, some viewers thought the segment was a bit graphic for lunchtime viewing.
'Alright, that’s it. I can’t watch anymore.'
'Studio audience must be cringing'
'Oh my lord.. #loosewomen.'
'I can’t even drink my drink right now.. #loosewomen.'
'wtf #LooseWomen.'
But others highlighted just how important it is.
'Oh God, as a woman, I am cringing out hard, but I am paying attention even so.'
'A lot of idiot joking comments today but this episode with doctors has been informative. Joking aside I did learn something new. Getting an appointment with GP is not easy can be distressing for many.'
On Monday it was revealed that Loose Women fans were in for a treat this week as the show is set for a one-off 'Loose Doctors' special.
Excited about the new prospect, Dr Amir said to The Mirror: 'This is the first time four of ITV’s Daytime doctors will be on the panel together to look at the health issues that affect us all.
'We'll be sharing our expert medical advice and having some very candid conversations about the things that our patients are often too embarrassed to talk about, but shouldn’t be, and hopefully giving them the confidence to make the most of their appointments.
'I’m really looking forward to the episode and hope that viewers will enjoy it, as well as learning some important and potentially life saving tips too.'
Meanwhile, Dr Hilary, who works closely with Lorraine Kelly on screen, said: 'I think viewers are going to love the first-ever Loose Doctors episode.
'You'll see four of ITV's Daytime doctors open up about their personal journeys whilst offering some of our tips to look after you and your family. I hope that viewers will learn a lot and be entertained at the same time as we open the Loose Doctors doors for the first time.'
The medical professionals regularly appear on ITV.
Dr Amir appears on Lorraine regularly, as well as Dr Hilary, meanwhile Dr Zoe and Dr Nighat share their expertise on This Morning.
Loose Women airs weekdays on ITV from 12:30pm and is available to stream on ITVX.
