Live From The Locker Room: High Praise For Dubois, Wilson's Hot Streak, Lindgren On How 'A Little Bit Of An Attitude' Has Paid Off For Capitals trucc

Hear from Dylan Strome, Tom Wilson and Charlie Lindgren following the Capitals' 3-2 win over Dallas.

WASHINGTON — When asked about what he's seeing from the Washington Capitals to open the season, Charlie Lindgren was quick to answer.

"I think we came out with a little bit of an attitude," Lindgren said. "We're a team that wants to win hockey games. We don't care who comes in here."

And it's true. The Capitals haven't placed too much emphasis on their opponents to open the 2024-25 campaign and over the last two games, have handed previously undefeated clubs their first loss of the year.

For Washington, it's not just about attitude; it's clear this is a different team. The game is getting simpler, the offense seems to be coming a little bit easier and the buy-in is evident.

"It's a battle," Dylan Strome said of the effort from the group, adding, "It's a battle all around."

Here's what Strome, Lindgren and more had to say about the 3-2 victory over the Dallas Stars, live from the locker room.
