Lindsay Hubbard appeared to skip the Summer House cast’s summer kickoff party in the Hamptons over the Fourth of July weekend.
After hinting that she may be taking on a part-time role for season 10, Lindsay, 38, shared a series of photos from her holiday with daughter Gemma and co-star Gabby Prescod, 34, and she also “liked” a couple of telling posts from her fans and followers in regard to her future on the show.
“4th of July with my girl,” Lindsay wrote in the caption of a slideshow shared on Instagram on July 7, which included several images from her holiday with her new baby girl.
After sharing the post, Lindsay was met with a slew of messages from Summer House viewers who took the slideshow as confirmation that she wasn’t present for the start of production on season 10.
“I guess this means you weren’t at the Summer House start of summer party … I know it has to be hard with Gemma but I hope we still get to see Lindsay this year on SH. She’s my fav!” one person declared.
And after seeing the message, Lindsay “liked” the post.
Lindsay also “liked” a message that read, “U and ur girl need to be in the Summer House house they miss u.”
At the end of last month, ahead of filming for the new season, Lindsay suggested that her role on Summer House would either be reduced in the new episodes or be more New York City-based.
“I’ll be at the summer house, like, a couple of times. I can’t not go,” Lindsay explained to Us Weekly. “But we also film in the city. So I’m assuming I’m gonna be doing a lot of the heavy lifting in the city, and if I’m out in the Hamptons, which I hope to be the majority of the summer, then I’ll meet up.”
“I just won’t be like, living at the house each weekend,” she added.
