LAUREN Goodger looked incredible in a plunging swimming costume as she opened up about her recent struggles.
The former TOWIE star apologised to fans for being "quiet" before admitting that she's been having a tough time.

She looked glamourous in the dark green and white costume, that featured a pretty bow detail.
Her long locks were pulled up into a loose ponytail and she added a touch of gloss to her lips.
Lauren tragically lost her second child Lorena two minutes after birth in 2022 and since then she's been focusing on her mental health.
She has been very open about struggling with anxiety and said that she needed to take time away from social media.

Sharing the swimming costume snap, she opened up about how she's been feeling lately.
"Sorry I've been quiet and not posting a lot just got a lot going on mentally... things keep getting in the way of my healing journey! Each year I say this one will be better... but I've got back to the gym best thing for my anxiety/trauma!" she wrote.
"Workout done tonight and then swim! Just want to say thank you for all the support and love even the ones I bump into day to day!
"I over worry more than the average person because of what I've been through and your dms and comments face to face remind me that I have a lot of love and support and yous have watched me and known me from the beginning," she added.

Lauren was recently suffered a "horrible" accident that left her lying injured in the middle of a busy road.
Opening up on Instagram, Lauren said "life at the moment is very hard" as she told of the shock accident.
The 37-year-old revealed pictures of her wounds as she told fans she's quitting social media to focus on her mental health.
Lauren posted on Instagram: "Today I had a horrible accident. Got seven wounds on my body.
"I fell over in a main road really badly.
"Luckily the cares stopped and I sat in the road while strangers came to help me (thank you).
"I'm not a clumsy person at all but my mental health this week after a few things have been brought to me that I can't understand.
"I've been up most days at 4am running on empty...
"I'm going to take a social media break as life at the moment is very hard.
"I'm a healing and grieving mother and I will never understand some things in life.
"While trying to be a good person to all and the best mum I can and work and run a home and provide and be strong... We are only human and I feel that right now I have to come off my social media.
