Kim Zolciak Reveals Every Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Procedure She's Had Done ngocc

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum's quest for bodily perfection continued during the premiere of E!'s new series Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind.Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind Cast

"I’m here because I’m going through a divorce and I’ve had some weight loss and I am a small-framed person," the Brovolebrity—who is in the midst of a messy breakup from estranged husband Kroy Biermann—confessed to host Michelle Visage during the July 9 episode. "And, so, the 10 pounds has definitely created some loose skin and I did some contouring. It was supposed to go under the skin and tighten it up and it did the opposite."

As for how many times Kim has gone under the knife or needle before?

"I’ve done my boobs a few times and then I had a tummy tuck," the 47-year-old admitted in a confessional. "I did have filler in my lips. I do Botox all the time."

But the list didn't end there. In addition to neck surgery for a herniated disc, Kim has also used Ultherapy, a non-surgical skin-tightening treatment, to improve the look of her jawline.

However, aside from her recent skin tightening, Kim doesn't regret any of her cosmetic upgrades.

"I sacrificed my body for six incredible humans, so I did a mommy makeover," Kim—who is mom to Brielle, 27, Ariana, 23, Kroy Jr., 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11—shared in a confessional. "Just because you’re a mom doesn’t mean you need to let yourself go."

"My mom always said growing up, if I had really big ears or a really big nose that bothered me or whatever it may have been, she would have fixed it," she continued. "And I've always kind of said the same thing to my girls."

As for how's Kim's philosophy on getting nipped and tucked has influenced her eldest child Brielle, who is also a participant on this season of Plastic Surgery Rewind?

"I was always going with her to her doctor's appointments," the influencer recounted to celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow at another point in the episode. "I feel like she was mostly getting every laser you could think of to remain youthful. Then, every month, I'm like, 'I need to go get my lips done.' Filler became, like, going and getting a Diet Coke. The under eye filler just became an insecurity that I didn't even know I really had."

Plus, being on TV since the age of 10 definitely affected Brielle's body image issues.

"My mom was always going to get Botox and lip filler," Brielle added in a confessional. "Watching my mom go through this kinda just made it seem normal."

See if Kim and Brielle decide to reverse their past surgeries when Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on E!.

In the meantime, keep reading to see more stars who have gotten candid about their past cosmetic procedures and surgeries, for better or worse.

After years of denying cosmetic procedures, the lifestyle expert confessed in a February 2024 episode of her eponymous podcast that she gets Botox, fillers and lasers to tighten her skin. "I don't think a lot about age," she explained, "but I don't want to look my age."

The Teen Mom 2 alum, a mother of seven, underwent a Brazlian butt lift and tummy tuck in 2016, and another tummy tuck, liposuction and breast reduction surgery in December 2024.

A month later, she spoke candidly about wrestling with her body image.

"I pray that my kids never struggle with their body images enough to mutilate their bodies to be skinny," she said on Instagram. "I think a little nip and tuck in terms of a nose job, or like a boob job is OK. But to go through this to be skinny is mental illness, truly. And I say that with the most respect to anyone going through it."

The Real Housewives of Dubai star publicly documented her November 2023 face lift and the recovery on social media.

"I wanted people to see how, when you come out, the scars and the cuts and what it really looks like," she exclusively told E! News of the procedure. "I literally looked like I'd been in a car crash and the car had won, but five days later you're presentable. Ten days later I was in a restaurant completely fine."

As for why the Bravo star was so open about her face lift journey? As she noted, "Being on a reality TV show, obviously it's going to look weird if I come back next season looking 10 years younger, which I do, obviously."

The former Bravo star has been candid about her plastic surgery procedures in the past, including getting a nose job, having breast implants and dabbling with Botox and filler. And in 2024, she turned to CellSound's body sculpting treatment to tighten her stomach.

"I have actual abs," she told People in an interview published March 2024. "I have lines on my stomach that I haven't had since before I got pregnant. I think any mother knows after kids the elasticity of your skin will never be the same."

She also revealed in April 2025 that she's spent over $113,000 seeking treatment for a mysterious facial parasite.
