Joey Graziadei has given out his final rose.

On Monday’s finale of The Bachelor, Joey, 28, popped the question to Kelsey Anderson after his other finalist Daisy Kent decided to go home.

“Kelsey, we have had the experience of a lifetime,” Joey said to Kelsey, 25, on the beach in Tulum, Mexico. “I think back on how proud we should be with how strong of a connection we built in such a short period of time. I knew early on that there was something different about you and I just wanted to learn more. Whether it was walking through the streets of Ronda or seeing New Orleans through your eyes, and even just experiencing the beauty of Tulum, everything we do, we just enjoy each other, and it has been seemingly easy at times.”

Joey acknowledged the struggles he and Kelsey faced throughout their journey, but told her, “there is nothing difficult about choosing you,” and professed his love to her.

“I can’t wait another minute to tell you that I love you,” the tennis pro continued. “There is something about you, you have this infectious energy that makes me smile. It’s a feeling I’ve never had before. I know during this time we built a very strong flame and the only reason I know that flame will never go out is because you’re in my life.”

From there, Joey dropped to a knee and said, “Kelsey Alexander Anderson, I love you. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?”

Kelsey, 25, said “yes” and Joey slid the Neil Lane diamond ring on her finger.

Then Joey offered Kelsey his final rose, which he also accepted.

“I’m so happy,” Kelsey said in an on-camera interview with Joey. “I don’t know if I’ve ever been this happy in my life.”

Later in Monday’s episode during the live After the Final Rose portion, Kelsey told host Jesse Palmer that the proposal “was all a blur.”

“I was nervous as hell,” Joey admitted. “Like, I don’t know how anyone in that moment isn’t.”

Joey also confessed that life has "been great in a lot of ways" since the show ended, "but we won't lie, it's been difficult, too."

"We've been the strongest that we've ever been and it's the strongest I've ever had," he continued. "I think that we're in such a great spot now."
