GENERAL Hospital left fans on a cliffhanger on Thursday, which had one of the main characters in a life-threatening situation.
Now, fans are saying they are in tears after the soap shared a preview for Friday's episode and showed the character with serious injuries.
Kristina said that she would testify against Ava in the custody trial.
She took a step back from Ava just as she reached out to grab Kristina's arm.
Kristina tripped over a black duffle bag on the floor and then crashed into and fell out of a window.
She wound up landing in the Metro Court's pool.
The episode ended with Kristina unconscious in the pool with cuts on her face.
Those lounging around the pool stared in horror.
Kristina is carrying her sister's baby as a surrogate, and fans are wondering about their fates.
SAVING KRISTINA
The preview shows Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) in the pool rescuing Kristina.
She turns Kristina over, whose eyes are closed, and her face is marked up with bloody cuts.

Her arms are crossed above her head.
Alison Rogers, aka Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez), looked on in horror and screamed as she saw Blaze unconscious.
'BLINDSIDED'
General Hospital fans said they didn't see that ending coming and were left in tears because of it.
"Completely blindsided by that ending!!!!!! I for one screamed noooooooooooooo," an Instagram user wrote.
General Hospital has been on air since the early 1960s.
"OMG I was screaming at my TV," said another.
"I totally wasn't expecting that at all," added a third.
"Good job #GH. What a shocking ending. I did not see that one coming at all," said another fan.
Other suspected that Kristina is either going to die or lose the baby.
"I'm in tears. I hope Kristina and the baby are ok," wrote another fan.
