Southern Charm’s Olivia Flowers is a girl on the go and she’s taking Us Weekly behind the scenes as she travels west to Texas.
“When I’m not filming, I split my time between Charleston and Dallas, where I grew up,” Flowers, 31, exclusively reveals in the latest issue of Us, on newsstands now. “It’s one of my favorite cities.”
The reality star, who resides in Charleston, South Carolina, is also in a long-distance relationship with a man she met at a wedding in Texas.
“His name’s Alex [and] he’s from Dallas,” Flowers said of her now-boyfriend during a November 2023 episode of “The Viall Files” podcast. “I was my dad’s date [to the ceremony] and he was running late to it. So, I’m walking in by myself, late, and [Alex] was the usher and he’s like, ‘Can I walk you down the aisle?’ I was like, ‘It’s a little soon, but OK.’”
Whether Flowers is traveling to Dallas for a date night or just going to visit her parents, she has a set routine. She told Us her jet-setting lifestyle includes prioritizing her fitness and facial care routines and making time for fun — namely Dallas Mavericks games — no matter how short her stay.

7:30 a.m.
“I grew up playing basketball and tennis, so working one-on-one with my trainer, Eric, gives me that coach [and] athlete discipline I’ve missed from playing sports,” Flowers exclusively tells Us, noting her mornings start with weight training.
9:00 a.m.
The TV personality and model turns to her makeup artist and “right hand,” Jami, to plan out her content calendar before packing. “My days can be all over the place,” she explains. “So I enjoy this time because it gives structure to my week and keeps me organized, which is a job in itself.”
11:43 a.m.

4:47 p.m.
After landing in Texas, Flowers changes into something more sophisticated to meet with the LTK team. “I’m new to the LTK world, so any chance I have to meet with their team I find helpful and insightful,” she says, noting she sometimes uses the shopping app’s headquarters as a backdrop to shoot content.
7:34 p.m.
The Bravo star rocks a Mavericks hoodie before heading into the Dallas basketball arena. “One of my favorite things to do is attend a Dallas Mavericks basketball game,” she tells Us. “I grew up coming to these with my family, so I try to catch one whenever I’m in town.”
11:18 p.m.
Flowers’ skincare routine includes makeup removal and a good night’s rest. “I take off the day with Tata Harper Purifying Cleanser and load up on moisturizer,” she shares, adding that she tries to “get to bed before 11:30 p.m. in order to be an early riser.”
