A rep for the Napa County Sheriff’s Office told TMZ that the TV personality was detained at the scene after deputies responded to a domestic violence call.

The victim involved had injuries, per the outlet, and requested “total confidentiality.”

Garcia was in Northern California with her husband one day before his arrest, as she shared a photo of herself getting a facial in Downtown Napa.

The couple wed in August 2022 after meeting on Season 25 of the ABC show in 2019. They are parents to 4-year-old son Matteo.

Page Six can confirm the professional dancer will not be returning to “DWTS,” which premieres on Sept. 17.

“There were no plans for Artem to be a part of Season 33,” an insider told us Thursday.

The Emmy-nominated choreographer has been previously accused of “kicking and shoving” his “Strictly Come Dancing” partner Fern Britton in 2012.

Britton said in June 2015, per HuffPost UK, “[Artem] would look at my feet and just kick me or shove me.”

The British television presenter also claimed Chigvintsev once told her, “‘You just stand there and don’t move; I dance round you.’”

“He was like, ‘Shut your face. Go home before I kill you,'” she alleged.

“I would say, ‘Oh please, just kill me, it would be easier.’ Or what was his other one? ‘If you go for a cup of tea now, I will blow off like an atomic bomb.’ I thought, ‘Well, I won’t correct him on that one.’”

Chigvintsev denied the allegations a day later during an interview with the Daily Express.

“I believe I treated Fern with respect and genuine care and these claims about me are the opposite of everything I believe in and the person I am,” he said.

“I cannot imagine what has prompted such statements, which come as a shock to me.”
