Dr. Nicole Martin not filming 'Real Housewives of Miami' as questions about Season 7 return loom tram

Dr. Nicole Martin’s return to “The Real Housewives of Miami” is uncertain, Page Six can exclusively reveal.

The board-certified anesthesiologist, 40, was not present for Season 7 filming of the Bravo reality series, which we’re told began Tuesday.

Our insiders say the rest of last season’s full-time stars — Alexia Nepola, Lisa Hochstein, Larsa Pippen, Julia Lemigova and Guerdy Abraira — as well as cast friends — Adriana de Moura, Marysol Patton and Kiki Barth — are involved in shooting.

We’re told a few new faces are expected to film soon, too, and that showrunners will decide at a later time who will secure a coveted mojito and who will appear in a part-time role.

Reasons for Martin’s potential departure remain unclear, but she did remove “RHOM” from her Instagram bio.

Reps for Bravo did not immediately respond to our request for comment.

Martin and her fiancé, Anthony Lopez — who proposed on New Year’s Eve 2021 — welcomed their second baby, a daughter named Genevieve, in March.

“Mom and baby girl are recovering from a C-section that was earlier than expected,” the Bravolebrity revealed at the time, assuring her Instagram followers that both were doing well.

Martin and Lopez — an insurance attorney and recreational pilot — are also parents to son Greyson, 5.

During Martin’s three seasons on “RHOM,” she and Lopez have navigated selling their Coral Gables mega-mansion to Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos’ parents for $34 million before buying (and renovating) another palatial estate for $21.5 million.

Martin’s strained relationship with her father, who died suddenly in November 2023, has also been documented during her tenure on the program.
