CORRIE fans will be delighted to see one of their favourite characters join forces with the cast of Sister Boniface Mysteries.
BBC bosses have announced that filming is underway for the fourth season of the hilarious murder mystery series.
Lorna Watson will of course be back in action as unorthodox Sister Boniface.
The nun dabbles in wine making, moped riding, and forensics alongside her religious practises.
She is perhaps better known for solving murders in her local village than her duties at St Vincent's convent.
Viewers also can expect to recognise some familiar faces as regular cast members Max Brown, Jerry Iwu, and Ami Metcalf return as members of the police force.

The fourth season is also set to feature some very exciting special guests - including Coronation Street star Les Dennis, known for playing former convict Michael Rodwell.
Producers have remained tight-lipped about his role in the series, so fans will have to tune in to find out if he gets cast as a villain or hero this time.
Other guest actors include Katherine Kingsley from The Larkins and Renegade Nell's Martyn Ellis.
Sister Boniface Mysteries will also be returning for a feature length Christmas special this year, which will see the local theatre group stalked by a killer as they attempt to put on a performance of Cinderella.
