Celebrity Big Brother legend unrecognisable after eye surgery trucc

Celebrity Big Brother star Mario Falcone has shared the results of his plastic surgery on social media.

The former Towie legend, 36, posted a tell-all video about undergoing upper and lower blepharoplasty on his Instagram account.

The procedure involves the removal of excess skin or fat from the eyelids and changes the look of hooded or drooping eyelids or eye bags, according to the NHS.

His 1.1M followers commented that he looked unrecognisable after the eyelid procedure, with @missladders remarking: ‘You look completely different!’

Echoing their sentiment, @adriquint exclaimed: ‘My goodness this came up on my feed and I had to look up who it was, completely different person!’

@mcgoldrick.angela added: ‘Always so handsome xx.’

@juliarachX also commented: ‘Amazing results! Didn’t even know this was a thing! … Time to start saving.’

In the clip, Mario explained he spent £3,700 on upper and lower eyelid surgery as he wanted to look ‘refreshed and younger.’

He said he felt self-conscious he looked ‘tired and older than his age’, particularly after having children daughter Cali Roux, one, and son Parker Jax, four, with wife Becky Miesner.

Mario insisted he felt ‘no pain at all’ during the surgery and ‘didn’t feel a thing’ but spent two days in bed recovering.

He added it took 10 days in total for the swelling and bruising to subside.

Mario is not the only celebrity to have unveiled a new look after having plastic surgery this month.

Katie Price, 46, was seen emerging from a clinic in Turkey after undergoing her sixth facelift.

Last year, Katie’s mum Amy said her daughter had body dysmorphia,  ‘a mental health condition where a person spends a lot of time worrying about flaws in their appearance which are often unnoticeable to others’, according to the NHS.

Speaking to Vanessa Feltz, Amy said: ‘I absolutely hate it [when Katie gets surgery] and she knows it.

‘I think she, and I got her to admit it the other day, “you’ve got body dysmorphia.”‘

She went on: ‘You know you look all right but why do you think you need to tweak this, tweak that or have a tattoo or change her hair?’

Amy went on to explain how she thinks Katie’s desire for surgeries come from being ‘upset’ or ‘hurt’.

She said: ‘I think when there’s moments of upset or she’s not feeling right or she needs comfort in a way or hurt that’s what she does because she thinks she’s in control of herself.’
