The Paris Olympics may be over, but Ilona Maher is still celebrating her bronze medal win in the ballroom. She honored her Olympic teammates with her performance on "Dancing with the Stars" last night.
The rugby star from Burlington, Vermont, danced in the show's fifth round of competition Tuesday night.
For Tuesday's show, each star performed routines in honor of influential people and institutions in their lives for Tuesday's show, which was aptly called Dedication Night. Dancer Mark Ballas was a guest judge.
Maher danced a rumba alongside pro partner Alan Bersten, which she dedicated to her Olympic teammates, who she won a bronze medal with this summer.
"We did so much together, and we went through a lot together to get a medal," Maher said. "We got it not just for ourselves, but for our country and the girls that are gonna come after us."

Maher said the song holds special meaning for her and her teammates because it played during the closing ceremony at the Olympics.
"At the closing ceremonies they performed this song, I just remember understanding what my team and I had done at the Olympics," Maher said. "They are my sisters. They are my rocks. I really want to do this for them."

All four of the judges — Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, Bruno Tonioli and guest judge Mark Ballas — gave her eights out of ten.
Maher came in fourth place on the night, tying with Brooks Nader, Chandler Kinney, Jenn Tran and Phaedra Parks.
There are eight teams left in the competition.
