Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko had the ultimate bonding experience.
The model, 28, caught up with PEOPLE earlier this month at the photoshoot for her upcoming Hudson Jeans collaboration, where she revealed that she and Savchenko — who later stopped by to support her — are still seeing each other.
Since he has been on tour for Dancing with the Stars, Nader says they aren’t together as often, so she decided to visit him at one of the shows recently.
"My sisters made so much fun of me," she recalls. "They were like, ‘You have things to do. You have shoots. What are you doing sleeping in a bunk?’ And I did. I slept in the bunk with them for one night on the road. I wanted to be a road dog for a night. And I went to one of the shows and it was so much fun.”
“I've always wanted to sleep on a tour bus for a night, and we fit great in that bunk,” she adds. “It was so cozy!”

Because the entire cast of pros sleeps on the bus every night (Pasha Pashkov and Daniella Karagach even share their bed with their 21-month-old daughter), the beds are a tight squeeze. Nader reveals that Savchenko had to plan out the logistics of how they would both fit before she came.
“He was so funny because we were in the one twin bunk or whatever on the bus and he, the night before, was like, ‘I've been practicing how I'm going to sleep with my arms up like a sliver just so that you could have room,’” she says. “And he slept on the edge so that I didn't fall off. What a gentleman. Chivalry.”
She then jokes, “Get you a man who sleeps on the edge of the tour bus bed.”

When she woke up, Nader says she had a good night’s rest in the “comfortable” bunks, but acknowledged that might be a unique experience: “Gleb might say something different because he's on it every day and he's dying.”
“But I was like, ‘This is a vibe,’” she laughs, going on to note: “And then I went straight back home to my apartment in New York.”
Nader first met the Russian dancer when they were paired together on DWTS in September 2024 and they quickly sparked romance rumors, although they have continued to decline putting a label on the relationship. Despite a brief split in following their elimination in October, the two reconciled and have been together since.
Looking back, Nader tells PEOPLE she never imagined she’d be going to these lengths to see him all these months later.
“We're taking it day by day,” she explains. “He's so amazing and so special. I did not intend — whenever I went on Dancing With the Stars at first — I didn't intend to be in February right now still seeing him, but here we are.”
“I mean, life is so funny how it happens,” she continues. “And it was a little bit of a kismet, serendipity situation that we met when we did and just both being freshly divorced and the whole thing, it was insane. He's just such an amazing person, so I'm lucky to know him. He's more lucky. I'm just kidding, [but] he knows for sure.”
