The Big Brother legend insists she looks "10 years younger" after going under the knife - and it's clearly paying off.

Aisleyne has opened up about her latest surgery and her new toyboy

Aisleyne, 45 - who shot to fame on the reality show in 2006 - said: "I've got no jowls and the marionette lines around my mouth have gone.

"I look a lot fresher - when I take my dogs out for a walk and catch myself in the mirror in the lift, I've done double takes and have a little smile."

Expanding further on her surgery, Aisleyne told Closer: "I started to get hooded eyes, which happens as you get older, but I couldn't put my eyeliner on straight anymore so I got the excess skin removed and I look much brighter.

"I had everything pulled up. My face looks tighter and snatched. It's given me a boost!"

And it's given Aisleyne a boost in the romance department too as she's in a long-distance relationship with a US basketball player who's 16 years her junior.

Revealing how they've yet to meet in person, she said: "He slid into my DMs a while back and we've hit it off, he's really into me.

"He's gorgeous, tall, hardly drinks and believes in god, which is really important to me. We're cyber-dating right now and when he finishes his season he'll come over to visit me - I can't wait!"

It comes after Aisleyne confessed to spending more than £50,000 on sunbeds.

Speaking to The Sun, she said: "Some people drink wine to relax, I have my sunbeds.

"They make me feel uplifted and invigorated. They are much more addictive than booze."

Self-confessed tanning addict Aisleyne initially used sunbeds once every couple of months, but now does so up to twice a week.

Incredibly, Aisleyne estimates that she has spent around £54,000 on more than 2,600 sunbed sessions during her lifetime.
