Big Brother fans went wild as Hanah's friends warned her to 'be mindful' of best pal Segun.
The pair have been spending a lot of time together, with their fellow housemates previously calling out their 'flirting'.
Segun even admitted in the Diary Room that Hanah is his type, although he also revealed that someone in the outside world 'had his heart'.
And as their time in the house draws to an end, the housemates received their emotional message from home phone calls.
But Hanah's message left her questioning her relationship with Segun. As the voice note came to an end, Hanah's friend Yasmin had some unexpected words of advice: 'Also, on behalf of all the girls, be mindful of Segun.
'Real recognise real and we don't know that man. It's giving two flip sides of a coin. Love you always, your home girls.
Taken aback, Hanah says: 'Segun, we need to have debriefs babe.'
Segun says: 'Ah, that's hurtful.'
Hanah adds: 'Out of all people for it to be you, that's interesting but cool.'
With the Housemates taken aback by Hanah's message from home, Ali head to the Diary Room to share her thoughts.
Ali observed: 'I think that what happened with Hanah is that they have been flirting together, mutually. I suspect he has played dumb, acted like he doesn't think he's flirting at all and has potentially made it look like Hanah is the one that's flirting with him which isn't the case.
'It has been very mutual from start to finish and I think he's doing it to make himself look good. I don't think he's doing it because he hates Hanah, I think he likes Hanah, but I think he's maybe pushed some of the responsibility onto her so he can maintain his nice guy image and it makes Hanah look stupid and she's not a stupid girl.'
Fans found the moment savage, with one penning: 'Leaving Hanah's message to last lol well done producers';
'Those voicenotes went from emotional to spicy real quick'; 'Hanah's homegirls clocking Segun and making everyone look at him differently'
Later on in the episode it was revealed the six finalists of Big Brother are Ali, Emma, Hanah Marcello, Nathan and Segun, as they enjoyed a party to celebrate.
Tuesday night saw Sarah and Tom become the ninth and tenth housemates to be evicted in a shocking and brutal twist.

The pair were joined in Big Brother's vault by Segun and Nathan, but Sarah and Tom received the least amount of votes from the public.
They were brutally sent home together through the back door just days before the live final.
On Friday night, one of the finalists will be declared the winner of Big Brother 2024 and win a life-changing cash prize of £90k.
Voting for Friday's Live Final has now reopened via the Big Brother app, with viewers being asked to vote for the housemate they want to win Big Brother. The vote will close during Friday night's show.
Viewers will watch hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best crown the winner of Big Brother 2024, as well as speak to all six finalists in their first live interview since leaving the Big Brother house.
It comes after Baked Potato was brutally sent home through the back door and torn away from boyfriend Nathan on Monday, just days ahead of the grand finale.
The dental assistant, real name Rosie, received the boot after being chosen by Segun during what furious viewers branded 'totally unfair' and a 's*** twist'.
After picking the lucky card, Segun picked Baked Potato, Nathan and Ali to join him in Big Brother's vault, knowing the housemate with the fewest public votes would be evicted.

Once inside he was given two £5k bundles to place in front of the one he thought was safe from the boot, and if he was right would be allowed to keep the dosh.
Seagun correctly chose Ali, pointing out she had been saved by viewers numerous times, and Big Brother informed him he was now £10K richer, before confirming Baked Potato had the least amount of votes and would be leaving immediately.
She hugged boyfriend Nathan before saying her goodbye and reassuring him it would only be a week before they would be reunited once again.
When the vault twist was teased on Sunday, fans pointed out that the three chosen to enter the vault may not have the least amount of votes, with nine housemates remaining overall, and therefore would be prematurely given the boot.
Racing to X they fumed: 'This is the worst idea ever': 'Sack whoever came up with that idea immediately': 'Unfair to voters': 'So the current 3rd placer could theoretically go over whoever is in 9th! s*** twist!': 'You guess need a serious rethink before next year because this is a damn mess'.
'Why ask us to vote when it could end up with the people we want to stay going because we don't have any power over who goes into the vault?': 'This is ridiculous. So someone who could be favourite to win could be evicted before someone who has the least amount of votes in total? Absolutely not'.
