Bachelor’s Grant Ellis Seemingly Claps Back at Ex Litia Garr’s ‘Gaslight Survivor’ Hat tram

The Bachelor’s Grant Ellis is seemingly sending a message to ex Litia Garr — by using a hat.

In a Saturday, June 28, TikTok, Grant, 31, sat on the edge of a bed while wearing a trucker style hat that read, “Happy.” Before closing out the video, Grant gave a smile for the camera.

Grant captioned his post, “Everybody’s journey is different, and breakups are hard but loving yourself is the key to healing.”

The upload came days after Litia, 31, threw shade at Grant with her own hat collection, which fans pointed out in the comments section.

“Everyone is just talking to each other through hats,” one user wrote, to which Grant replied with three crying laughing emojis.

Litia made headlines on Monday, June 23, when she showed off her trucker style hats that featured her viral “C’mon Now” phrase written in white cursive lettering. Some caps featured the phrase “GASLIGHT SURVIVOR” stitched below the hat, with a star embroidery and a horse. The bright blue and green hats launched on Tuesday, June 24.

When some fans argued that the term “gaslit” was not appropriate, Litia doubled-down on her remark. “It’s not accurate to use the term gaslit in this situation,” one user wrote, to which Litia replied, “It happened to me so I’ll decide what it’s called. Thanks tho 💘 call your own experiences whatever you want.”

Earlier this year, Bachelor Nation watched as Grant broke things off with Litia in the season 29 finale of The Bachelor to pursue a romance with Juliana Pasquarosa. When Grant told Litia that he hoped she didn’t “view [him] any differently” after the split, she replied, “Well I do, for sure. C’mon now.”

After the breakup aired, Litia claimed in the live show that Grant previously told her he could “stop the show” early because she was his person. Grant, meanwhile, later told Us Weekly there was “a lot” Litia said that he “didn’t align with.”

Less than three months after the finale, Grant shared via social media that he and Juliana, 28, broke off their engagement. When asked whether he would be open to rekindling a relationship with an ex after his split, Grant shared that that door is not open for him.

“I don’t rekindle. I move forward,” Grant said during an Instagram Live earlier this month. “I would not get back with anybody from my past. Life is best when you move forward, not backward.”
