Charleston is a small town, and as we've seen on Southern Charm over the last 10 seasons, many of the cast members have gotten to know each other very well. However, there are some hookups fans haven't heard about — until now.
In the above first look at the Southern Charm Season 10 After Show, Patricia Altschul, Venita Aspen, Leva Bonaparte, Craig Conover, Taylor Ann Green, Austen Kroll, Madison LeCroy, Rodrigo Reyes, Shep Rose, and newbies Salley Carson, Molly O'Connell, and Ryan Albert all sat down to discuss those intimate dynamics.
"Hey guys, so, today we're talking about how everyone has had sex with everyone," Venita hilariously quipped at the beginning of the clip before the Charm-ers revealed who in the group had dated, kissed, "kissed with tongue," sexted, or gone "all the way" by drawing connected lines on whiteboards.
However, someone was missing from the game. "They forgot Whitney on here," Ryan said as he looked at his whiteboard. Patricia didn't seem to mind, stating, "I'm just as glad."

The group wasted no time making some surprising confessions.
"Oh, s--t, I've kissed JT," Salley declared, which seemed to be news to Molly, who responded, "Oh my god, what?!"
Meanwhile, as Craig and Madison connected the lines between their castmates on their respective whiteboards, Craig asked, "Do you have Austen and Whitney kissing with tongue?" As Madison laughed, she said, "Yeah."
Madison LeCroy and Craig Conover have"almost kissed"
Although Madison and Craig didn't connect the line between their names, it turns out that was almost a possibility.
"We almost kissed, remember?" Madison reminded Craig.
"We did," Craig admitted. "We chose not to."
The Southern Charm cast unpacks mysterious hookups among the group
While the group was confident in some of the connections, there were a few that remain a mystery.
"We don't know about these two, right?" Leva asked. "Taylor and Austen." The clip then flashed to Molly and Salley, as Molly stated, "They won't admit [to having sex]."
Meanwhile, Salley claimed to have new information from Austen about the situation. In the clip above, she revealed to Molly "the only reason [Taylor and Austen] didn't have sex."
Meanwhile, Madison appeared to reveal a mystery hookup of Shep's. "So, I have Shep going all the way with Taylor, Salley, and —," Madison proclaimed, as the last person she noted (and her whiteboard) was censored.
This season, Venita and JT's relationship has been a hot topic, and several cast members wondered if they went "all the way" or if they only kissed.
Leva had a direct question for Venita: "Did you and JT kiss with tongue, Venita?"
Venita stayed quiet on the matter, but seemed to confirm on her own whiteboard that Leva's suspicions were correct.
What actually happened between Craig Conover and Molly O'Connell?
On the Season 10 premiere, Molly explained, "Craig and I have been flirty friends for a long time. We used to sext each other and send each other naughty videos and stuff."
However, in the video above, some of the other cast members had thoughts about what really went down between the pair.
"She's said she's never touched it, which, that's a shame," Rodrigo quipped.
"I think that Craig and Molly did more," Leva proclaimed. "And I also think Molly and Shep sexted."
