Ryan appeared on the Bravo program with his Wheel of Fortune co-host Vanna White, following the game show's 42nd season premiere on September 9.

During the segment, Andy, 56, and Ryan, 49, reflected on their relationship after a fan asked the pair whether they had put their feud aside.

"Will you both do better at acknowledging each other next New Year's?" the viewer added.

"I don't even remember what the feud was about," the Bravo talk show host admitted to Ryan, who claimed, "I don't either."

"But we did see each other and we did wave," Andy continued, referring to their rival New Year's Eve broadcasts that are both filmed in Times Square.

Agreeing with Andy, the American Idol star added, “We did do all of that. I just said are you gonna be there this year. We will be. We will wave. We can’t get to each other or we’d hug.”

Ryan told viewers "everything's been good" between him and Andy, who declared "the beef has been squashed."

A BRIEF HISTORY OF 'THE BEEF'

Ryan has hosted ABC's Dick Clark's New Year's Rocking' Eve since 2005, while Andy presents CNN's New Year's Eve Live alongside Anderson Cooper.

The tension between two of TV's most recognizable faces began after Andy poked fun at Ryan on-air on New Year's Eve in 2021.

“There’s smoke coming from Ryan Seacrest’s group of losers that are performing behind us,” he said. “I mean with all due [respect], if you’ve been watching ABC tonight, you’ve seen nothing."

Andy later apologized to Ryan during an episode of his SiriusXM radio show Andy Cohen Live in January 2022, calling him a "great guy."

The talk show host said, “The only thing that I regret saying, the only thing is that I slammed the ABC broadcast, and I really like Ryan Seacrest and he’s a great guy.

“And I really regret saying that, and I was just stupid and drunk and feeling it,” Andy confessed.

One year later, Ryan told Kelly Ripa that Andy "ignored" him during the NYE broadcast during an episode of Live with Ryan and Kelly.

Andy Cohen's Career

Andy Cohen has blazed quite the career for himself despite being often mired in controversy.

Andy received a degree in broadcast journalism from Boston University.

He held local internships in TV and radio before landing his first job out of college job as a news clerk at CBS News working for the show, CBS This Morning.

He worked with CBS for a decade and became a producer for both the morning show and 48 Hours.

In 2000, he got a job in program development at Trio, a cable network owned by NBC Universal.

In 2004, he landed a job at Bravo, also an NBC Universal property, as vice president of original programming.

Andy helped develop the Real Housewives franchise, starting with The Real Housewives of Orange County in 2006.

In July of 2009, his boozy late-night talk show, Watch What Happens Live premiered.

Andy has also been a regular guest on Today and Morning Joe, and has co-hosted Live! with Kelly, and The View.

He has his own channel on Sirius XM radio (Radio Andy), and his own book imprint, Andy Cohen Books, with Henry Holt & Co.

He has written several books including The Andy Cohen Diaries, Superficial, and The Daddy Diaries,

Andy and Anderson Cooper have also teamed up for CNN's annual New Year's Eve coverage since the 2017-18 special.

"I thought maybe I was in the shot. I just wanted to wave and say hi. They have a great show,” Ryan explained how he tried to get his fellow broadcasters' attention.

"And Anderson, the best. He turns around and he says, ‘Have a good show.’ Very nice. Andy did not turn around."

Andy disputed his claim during a subsequent episode of Andy Cohen Live, suggesting "he's got a bug up about me."

“I didn’t see him," Andy told listeners, explaining it wasn't his intention to ignore Ryan.

Shortly after, the duo appeared to settle their dispute after Andy called into Ryan's On-Air radio program, adding they were "not" fighting.

PAT'S ADVICE TO RYAN

Elsewhere during his interview with Ryan, Andy asked whether Wheel of Fortune's longtime host Pat Sajak had given him any advice.

Ryan was named Pat's replacement after the veteran broadcaster retired from the show last June.

'This man is a legend,' Ryan recalled a conversation with Pat, 77, before he officially took over the reins at Wheel of Fortune.

"He basically said you are going to work with the greatest partner ever, Vanna, and you are going to love meeting three new contestants every night giving them cash and prizes.

"So have fun!" Ryan continued.
