The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents teamed up to help an OC Housewife.
It’s a Beverly Hills and Orange County crossover for the ages as two Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents are joining forces to sell Heather Dubrow’s $25 million dollar Beverly Hills mansion.
“Hi, kids!” she greets Josh Altman and Josh Flagg during Season 19’s The Real Housewives of Orange County trailer.
“Only you could make this happen,” Altman jokes of his partnership with Flagg to get Heather’s house sold. He also pokes fun at his real estate partner on the deal, saying, “I’ll give Josh a higher commission if he goes down there,” indicating the massive backyard cliff with stunning views of Los Angeles.
Why is Heather Dubrow selling her Beverly Hills mansion?
Heather and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, listed their mansion for sale in March 2025, with the help of both Flagg and Altman.
“I don’t know anywhere else you can get eight prime acres, sitting on top of Beverly Hills, completely unobstructed, anywhere near this price point,” Altman told TMZ at the time.
The 8,997-square-foot home also boasts five bedrooms and nine bathrooms, in addition to incredible amenities.
“How many [Joshes] does it take to sell the best 8.3 acre Tennis court estate in Beverly Hills?” Heather posted on her Instagram, along with her and the Joshes standing in front of a pool with the Los Angeles skyline in the background.
The decision to sell comes as the Dubrows are looking to transition to Los Angeles penthouse apartment living. Altman told TMZ that as the Dubrows approach the empty-nester stage of their life (only their son Ace still lives at home), they’ll be traveling more.
How did Heather and Terry Dubrow renovate their L.A. home before they put it on the market?
Heather and Terry purchased their Beverly Hills mansion for $16 million in 2023, after selling their Orange County home for $55 million in 2022. Josh Altman was a key part of both moves: representing the Dubrows as they sold their Newport Beach home as well as showing them the site of the Beverly Hills house during Season 15’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.
"Man, that view will not get old," Josh Altman said on the show as he showed the Dubrows the house.
"It's a quintessential Beverly Hills estate," he added in a confessional. "Major pedigree, perched above all of L.A. If you had to find eight acres to sit perfectly above a city, this is it."
There was one issue: The mansion, despite its $16 million price tag, was a bit of a fixer-upper. The Dubrows began renovating the home during RHOC’s Season 18.
"This house, we're going to take down to the studs," Heather shared. "But in the meantime, I threw some staged furniture in there, and we moved in."
The couple estimated spending “2 to 3 million” on landscaping, “just over 2 million” on the guest house, and a million dollars on a movie theater, as well as other changes that brought the total estimate in renovations to $32 million.
