Following a year of celibacy after ending his engagement to Lindsay Hubbard in September 2023, Carl Radke’s love life is finally heating up on Summer House.
While heading out east to the Hamptons with West Wilson, Jesse Solomon, and Imrul Hassan in Summer House Season 9, Episode 6, Carl announced that he "invited a girl" to the "shipwrecked" party he had planned for that weekend.
The woman Carl was referring to is named Lil, whom he described to his crew with a slew of adjectives, including: cute, pretty, tall, and energetic. He also gushed about being "attracted to" her "good personality" and "good body."
"I'm feelin' it," Carl said, before managing expectations, "I'm looking for a connection, but I haven't had sex since last summer."
When Lil finally arrived at the party, Carl's nerves were on full display, especially when she complimented his pirate-themed "guyliner" and compared his energy to that of a lemur — an animal she "very much" likes.
As Carl admitted in a confessional, "Am I rusty? Yes. Am I awkward? Oh yes. I'm just figuring sh-t out here."

How did Carl Radke and Lil meet?
According to Amanda Batula, Carl ended up sitting next to Lil’s parents at a soccer game he attended solo, "and then they ended up connecting in the fall" of 2023.
As Carl told the story, "Lil slid into my DMs. We started messaging in October, and fast-forward, it's now summer."
In fact, this wasn't the first Summer House party Lil attended, as Carl previously invited her to the Fourth of July 2024 bash.
"I actually remember seeing her in her bikini going down the waterslide at one point at the Fourth of July party and being like, 'Oh wow, OK.,'" Carl revealed to Kyle Cooke on the Summer House After Show. "So, after that party we kept in touch a little bit. ... And then I invited her [to the shipwrecked party] because I wanted another chance to, like, actually talk to her more."
What does Carl’s new love interest, Lil, do for a living?
Though Carl described Lil as a "yoga instructor" on Summer House, she told Jesse that she is a dancer and fitness instructor.
According to Lil’s Instagram bio, she is an alum of New York University’s Tisch Department of Dance and is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). She currently teaches at New York City’s The Ness which specializes in trampoline cardio classes. (Ciara Miller said on the After Show that Lil had even invited her to a "jumping trampoline class," but she never went.)
Based in NYC, brown-haired, brown-eyed Lil is also signed to the Onyx Unity modeling agency and runs Lil Aronoff Photography, "capturing beautiful people & places in hopes to show that there is still authenticity and light in an often dark world."
The Summer House cast weighs in on Carl’s love interest, Lil
Although Paige DeSorbo said on the Summer House After Show that Carl and Lil "looked like brother and sister," she, Ciara, and Amanda all agreed that Lil "was really nice." As Amanda put it regarding Carl getting back into dating, "You've gotta start somewhere."
Imrul, who claimed Lil "was making eyes" at him during the shipwrecked party, added, "I think [Carl] likes the idea of having someone who's so opposite of Lindsay, but that's way too quirky."
Gabby Prescod, for her part, chimed in that she wants "the best for Carl," before going on to say, "If this is the path he wants to take, fine. I’m judgey about a lot of s--t, so, like, do I think this person is his person? No."
