What Simone Told Jackie Backstage About Quad: "When There Were No Cameras…" liennhi

Dr. Simone Whitmore revealed new details about what went wrong between her and Quad Webb during the Married to Medicine Season 11 reunion Part 3.

After some backstage drama between the two, Dr. Jackie Walters wanted "a minute" alone with Dr. Simone to help calm down her friend. As she explained, one lingering issue she's had with Quad actually dates back nearly a decade.

During her one-on-one with Dr. Jackie, Simone referenced the time her father was missing all the way back during Married to Medicine Season 4. Then, a clip from 2016 played, showing Quad knocking on doors and handing out missing person flyers, helping her get the word out. As she saw it, though, the concern was all for show.

"She was only there when there was a camera, Jackie," Simone claimed, alleging that Quad had otherwise been absent in their friendship. "Did we talk when there were no cameras? I never got a text, a call, a visit, a nothing."

Once the women joined the men back on set, host Andy Cohen noted he heard "something happened backstage," and gave Simone and Quad an opportunity to talk things out.

First, Quad asked Simone to explain what she meant when she told her that she got "exactly what karma had coming" for her after she "turned [her] back" on people. "I could've possibly read that all wrong," Quad admitted. "I'm not always right."

As Simone revealed, she was referring to Quad blaming her and the other women for embracing her ex, Dr. Gregory Lunceford, and his new wife, Lateasha "Sweet Tea" Lunceford, while refusing to take responsibility for her own actions.

"To hear over and over, 'Y'all did this to me, y'all ushered them in. Last year, he was braggin' about…' I’m so tired of what we did. So tired of what we did. Because what did you do?" asked the Atlanta OB/GYN, who also referenced Dr. Greg's longstanding friendship with her husband, Cecil Whitmore. "If you weren't around, if you were keeping all your life a secret, and you didn't feel comfortable with us, you didn't trust us, what else were we supposed to do other than move on — with or without you? What's so wrong about that?"

Insisting that she never said "anything was wrong about that," Quad responded with an accusation that Simone and some of the other women befriended Dr. Greg and Sweet Tea in order "to get back at" her.

"I do not know where Simone and I went wrong. I do not know," she added. "All I know is that I've asked you to go back over the last 10 years and you tell me everything that I've ever done to you. And I will own it, and I will most certainly apologize for it."

Quad went on to confess to Simone, "I am still holding on to some things that I need to let go with you. And that was what happened and what transpired last year. For that outburst that I did, I apologize to you because you did not deserve that."

After Quad gave her the chance to "add something, if [she'd] like," Simone declined, saying, "I'm done," to which she responded, "OK, very good then."

When Andy stepped in to ask if she accepted Quad's apology, she replied, "I accept."

Later leading the group in a reunion-ending toast, Simone showed there might be even more hope for their friendship in the future, issuing an apology of her own: "Quad, I underestimated the year you had and what I played in that, and for that, I am sorry."
