"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Sutton Stracke has finally spoken out about the suspected rift in her friendship with former co-star Garcelle Beauvais.
The chatter surrounding Stracke's friendship with Beauvais began after the latter announced her departure from the series in March 2025.
During the three-part reunion, Stracke faced even more heat from the Bravoverse after she seemingly failed to have Garcelle Beauvais' back while clashing with some of the other women.
Stracke Says She's Giving Garcelle Beauvais All The Space She Needs For Now
Stracke opened up about the state of her friendship with Beauvais today after the latter stormed off the "RHOBH" reunion set during the final part, which aired on April 15.
Following that, Beauvais made another shocking move when she unfollowed the rest of her ex-castmates, excluding Kathy Hilton and Jennifer Tilly.
“Garcelle has chosen to unfollow all of the ‘Housewives,'” Stracke told Page Six. “I can only imagine that she needs a clean break right now. I love her and am giving her the space she needs.”
She continued, “I know that she is going to move through this next chapter with grace and success."
Stracke And Garcelle Beauvais Were Best Friends
Stracke and Beauvais first joined the cast during season 10, which aired in 2020. After they both faced heat from some of the other ladies, they bonded over their experience and became one of the most loyal duos in "Real Housewives" history.
“In the last year, Sutton and I have spent a lot of time together,” Beauvais said during a previous interview about their friendship. “She doesn’t seem like she’s holding anything back.”
However, viewers began to notice some tension in their relationship at the end of season 14, when the ladies visited St. Lucia for their final cast trip. In her confessional interview, Beauvais shared she was disappointed that Stracke didn't have her back during a heated moment she had with Kyle Richards and the other ladies.
Garcelle Beauvais Announced Her Exit After Slamming The Cast For Being Unpleasant
During the final part of the reunion, Beauvais stormed off the set and refused to take part in the final cast picture.
"I'm out," she said before stepping off the stage. "I'm not. I'm not. Nope, I'm not doing it."
Earlier in the program, Beauvais told host Andy Cohen that she was upset with how she was treated at the beginning of filming the sit-down special.
"I'm really pissed right now," she said. "I'm pissed about all of it, honestly. All of it. Since I've sat here on this couch, so, I don't want to answer any more questions, honestly."
The "Coming to America" actor went on to say she feels as though the other ladies don't show her enough grace, even when she takes accountability for her behavior that may have hurt someone in the group.
"I stand by the things that I say, and even though I've taken accountability for them, it's not accepted," she said.
Later, in her dressing room, Beauvais shared more about her feelings and said she was "sick" of the way her castmates treat her.
"They're all f-cking a—holes. No one said, 'Oh, I understand what you're saying.' No one said anything, and the fact that I owned how I felt about [Dorit Kemsley's] situation with [her home invasion]," she said, referring to the criticism she faced from others for seemingly implying Kemsley's 2021 home robbery was staged. "I'm always honest."
Beauvais Felt She Was On 'An Island' By Herself During The Reunion
Beauvais continued, "Everybody jumped at me, and I felt like I was on an island by myself. I can't be friends with people like that, I can't trust them. I don't trust them, and they obviously don't like me."
In her exit video, which she shared on Instagram in late March 2025, Beauvais told her fans that she'd decided to leave the series before calling it a "wild ride."
She also cited her teenage sons, Jax and Jaid, as a reason for her departure.
"Their last year of high school is next year, and I want to be a part of that. And Jaid is starting a new career, and I want to be a part of that, too," she said.
Stracke Posted A Special Tribute To Beauvais When She Announced Her Departure
Following the news that Beauvais had chosen to leave the show, Stracke posted a tribute to her on Instagram. She captioned the photo of them posing in St. Lucia, "Friends Forever. #RHOBH. Lucy and Ethel. "
Fans replied to the picture and expressed their disappointment about the tension in their relationship.
One user reminded Stracke how good of a friend Beauvais had been to her, especially when she was taking heat from all sides during her earlier years on the show.
"I hope you guys worked through everything," they wrote. "And remember—Garcelle has had your back since day one. One of the best friendships in the Housewives franchise. Much love."
